The condo is located in the first building from the entrance (building #4100), ground floor. It has a large entrance door, no stairs through the entire property. A nice sized living space with dining and patio access. Brand new and fully equipped kitchen. Coffee maker, toaster, pots, dishes, etc. Two large bedrooms with high-quality mattresses, linen bedding, guest bathroom with bathtub and master bathroom with shower, laundry room with washer and dryer, 3 closets with plenty of storage. Full access to the Pool, Gym, and picnic area. Free parking.
