Dishes are clean and away and countertops are wiped down.

Decorations shall not be hung anywhere in the house nor shall the house be redecorated or furniture rearranged.
Firearms and weapons are prohibited in the premises or in cars parked on the property, whether or not they are licensed firearms.
Cars can not be parked on the lawns or overnight on the public road. Tiki torches, and the burning of candles and/or incense, is prohibited.
