A Private chef, used by previous numerous guests, can be arranged/subject to availability for your dates year round. This home sits behind tall privet hedges in Southampton Village !! Farm stands, THE best PRIVATE VILLAGE beaches, vineyards, Wolffer estate and the Wolffer wine stand for incredible sunsets, amazing shopping, cocktails by the pool, a game of tennis or pickleball just a walk away on the same street ! Bring the entire family- there is something for everyone and room enough for all - private space for the in-laws, and/or the nanny in this spacious designer furnished 4 bedroom 4 bath (all en-suite) home. Fully renovated with a gorgeous kitchen-Viking and Bertazonni appliances walking out to the covered porch overlooking the pool.
A quick bike ride takes you into the village /or beach and the home comes with 5 bikes and 5 beach chairs. There is a Private gated tennis and pickleball court with key fob entry on the same quiet street. The shops are world class and the restaurants are both NYC favorites and Southampton favorites. Note: Pool closing is scheduled for 10/1/25.
There are two outdoor entertaining and relaxing areas — a covered porch with large u- shaped couch and a teak dining table which seats 8, There is a second seating area outside the dining room with an outdoor fireplace -wood burning- and 3 Kingsley- Bate teak couches with Navy cushions and a large gas grill for grilling all of your farm stand fresh finds !
There are 2 indoor fireplaces - 1st floor is a wood burning FP, and on the lower level you will find a gas fireplace in the second living room with kitchen, en-suite bedroom-bath and wine room. There are 2 full size washer and dryers— one W/D upstairs on the second floor for added convenience and the second W/D on the lower level.
The finished lower level offers privacy for guests or nanny with their own living area,complete with 2nd kitchen. This home has a first floor bedroom en-suite for guests who may prefer to stay on one level, 2 en-suites on the 2nd floor and the 4th en-suite on the lower level.
