Nice location and well stocked home. Comfortable kitchen and living room. Not a fan of spiral stairs - very difficult to get suitcases upstairs however I was aware before booking. Price very high for condition of home and 2nd bedroom really tight with no closet or dresser.

Great location, right in Bayville town.

We needed a nice clean home for the weekend to be near family for a reunion. This house was perfect for that and was very well outfitted with everything we could need.

A lovely cottage

Comfortable, immaculate, well supplied, wonderful location…close to family members in Bayville. Plenty of delicious nearby restaurants and markets. Lots of historical sites in area. Overall a great positive experience. And the bunny is a wonderful extra!

The house is located in a convenient location (being that I have family who live one block over, so it worked out great for us. The bedroom is too small to keep your suitcases in it, but we adapted. Also, the TV would work better placed over the fire place. But we were happy with our stay. I am sure we will rent it again. Thank you for sharing your place with us.
