We enjoyed our stay. We were participating at Fall Jam at Loretta Lynn's Ranch. This Cabin was only 20 min away from the Ranch. It was the perfect location to just get away and relax. Milton was a great host and heheh3lpedhelpout.trtremendously.

Wonderfully relaxing

Milton was an excellent host and the property was terrific. It was very easy to get to the places we wanted to go and within 10-15 miles of our plans. Anyone wanting a beautiful county setting with easy access to the lake, Loretta Lynn’s, or anything else around Waverly will be missing an opportunity by not staying here. Also, the dog is also great company and will play ball with you until you’re tired (he doesn’t get tired).

Perfectly Peaceful!

We couldn't have been happier with our visit! Absolutely beautiful home, spacious kitchen, comfortable beds and the deck was amazing! The perfect place for your morning coffee with the sounds of nature to wake up to. Our host was so wonderful and friendly! He is a very caring individual who made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Luke, his dog is super sweet! Can't wait to visit again some day! We absolutely recommend!!!!!

Great property with awesome host

This property was everything that was advertised and more. I loved sitting on the porch in the morning, and watching the hummingbirds and the chickadees. The house was comfortable and well decorated. Beds were good, linens were good, and Milton was an absolute delight. We will utilize this property again next summer. If you were looking for your own little private getaway with all the amenities, including a barbecue and a smoker this is your place. PS the Wi-Fi was super fast and accommodated all of our guestz
