This apartment's interior will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The living room has a comfortable sofa ideal for a family setting. Each room features an Italian-style bathroom shower and tactile mirror to enhance the guest's experience. The three bedrooms each offer its own unique style of decor keeping the same island energy. Two bedrooms include comfortable king beds and one bedroom include a queen bed ensuring a relaxing stay waking up to an ocean view in each of them.



The kitchen is fully-equipped with high-end appliances. It can also be set up at any time by a personal chef if desired. There is also a laundry room equipped with intergrated washing machine / dryer.



This is the perfect location as it is just a couple of minutes walk to Mullet Bay beach which is one of the most popular on the island. It is a reef protected spot and great for swimming and snorkeling. Around the winter season, it can also be a great surfing spot and the rest of the year, the water is as calm as a pool. About a 5 minutes drive to one of the most photographed beach in the world, Maho beach also known as Kerosene beach; where you will be a part of the spectacular show of all the planes taking off. It's also a short drive of 15 minutes to the french side capital, Marigot and 10 minutes away from Simpson Bay, where you will find all the restaurants and discover the island's nightlife.

The picture only show a snapshot of how beautiful this place is! The 3 bedroom apartment we had was exactly what I needed and more. It felt like home and the balcony was some calming and relaxing. That view though!! The view was absolutely amazing!! When we got to the room and opened the doors to walk out on the balcony the 1st thing we saw was the brightest rainbow ever. A perfect display of God’s greatness. The pool and the pool area were stunning, ample seating. They even had swings which was a nice addition to the outside decor. Thank you Fourteen at Mullet Bay, I will be back, soon!!! Everything was perfect

Our stay here was amazing. The staff were so friendly and eager to help with whatever we needed. The views and beeezes from balcony made the trip. Every room had an amazing view. Very clean. Side note- the air unit in the bedrooms made it difficult for us to breathe at night. I am unsure the issue but it was really our only complaint about the place.
