Indie Palms - Golf, Clubhouse, Family Friendly

Whether you’re visiting the valley for golf, hiking, lounging by the pool or to relax and reconnect with your family & friends, look no further than Indie Palms - a family-friendly private home located inside the gates of Indian Palms Country Club.

Guests can make themselves at home in the comfortable living spaces, cook in the fully stocked kitchen, and take advantage of the close proximity to golf, the clubhouse restaurant and community pools.

There’s something for everyone at Indie Palms!

Indie Palms is a three bedroom, two bathroom home located within the gates of Indian Palms Country Club in Indio, California. In addition to on-site golf, community pools/hot tubs and the clubhouse restaurant, you'll be just a short drive away from hiking and mountain biking trails, tennis and other local activities.

Guests can unwind in the casually-curated living spaces, cook and enjoy meals in the fully-stocked kitchen and relax in the spacious and comfortable bedrooms.

You can also enjoy the Coachella Valley's nearly year-round sunshine with a bbq on the back patio or a quick walk to one of the community pools.

Indie Palms is approximately 23 miles from PSP but there is plenty to explore and enjoy between Indio and Palm Springs. We love the Coachella Valley area and are always willing to share recommendations with our guests through our website/blog or VRBO messaging. Don't be shy!

The Great Room:
- Open-concept living/kitchen/dining room with comfortable, sectional sofa
- Extra-large, smart tv with live tv streaming and a dedicated Netflix account

The Kitchen:
- Refrigerator, gas stove, double oven and dishwasher
- Cookware, glassware, dinnerware and utensils
- Toaster, slow cooker, blender and other cooking gadgets
- Keurig coffee maker with a complimentary selection of k-cup pods, creamer and sugar. Drip coffee maker also available (BYO grounds/filters).
- Kitchen island and barstool seating
- Welcome snacks and beverages

The Dining Room:
- Dining table with seating for six (plus additional barstool seating at the kitchen island)

The Primary Suite:
- King sized bed with comfortable mattress and pillows
- En-suite bathroom with dual-sink vanity and a step-in shower plus a soaking tub
- Separate toilet room
- Large walk-in closet with hangers
- All bathrooms are equipped with bath towels, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer plus quality, eco-friendly shower products (shampoo, conditioner and body wash)

The Guest Bedrooms
- Two guest bedrooms are located on the west side of the house
- Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed, a closet with hangers and a smart tv with access to live tv streaming and other apps
- Bedroom 3 has a queen sized bed and a closet with hangers.
- All bedrooms are equipped with charging ports on each nightstand to easily charge your devices at night, and each bedroom has a white noise machine (the home and neighborhood are very quiet but many guests like the option of ambient noise, especially when traveling with kids!)

Guest Bathrooms:
- En-suite bathroom in the primary suite
- Full bathroom (shower/tub) in the hallway near the guest bedrooms
- All bathrooms are equipped with towels, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryer plus quality, eco-friendly bath products (shampoo, conditioner and body wash)

The Laundry Room:
- Full size washer and dryer for guest use
- Complimentary use laundry detergent and fabric softener (allergy friendly - free & clear/free & gentle)

The Outdoor Space:
- Guests will have exclusive use of the back yard, which has a gas bbq, a dining table and chairs, plus kids amenities. We will supply one full propane tank for the bbq.

- On-site golf course (fee applies, online tee time booking available)

- Multiple community pools/hot tubs
- Gated community with guard

Guests will have full access to the home with the exception of a locked owner's closet/set of hall cabinets used for storage of property supplies.

The Coachella Valley is best explored with your own car, but ride sharing services (like Uber & Lyft) are available for short trips.
