Located near Kaweah Lake (45 mins), 46 miles (1 hour) from Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, and 90 miles (2 hrs) from Yosemite National Park. Only 21 miles (30 minutes) from Visalia and 30 miles (35 minutes) from Fresno. Medical professionals will find Reedley, Selma, and Visalia hospitals nearby (10-25 mins). Trailer space available! PLEASE READ POOL INFO. BEFORE BOOKING. Max. Stays up to 28 days.

Beautiful guest house!

Very clean and beautiful guest house. Very spacious as well. Checking in and checking out was super easy. Host was a very good communicator and was very attentive to our needs.

Fabby was very helpful for any questions we had or information we needed. The location of the rental was close to a shopping center and restaurants. The kitchen has all the features we needed to prepare our meals. The weather was quite cold during our stay but we were comfortable and cozy in the rental.

Our stay was comfortable and convenient for our needs. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. We didn’t use the pool since it was cold weather but it looked well maintained. Fabby was very responsive and communicative for a couple of issues: heater controls and WiFi. The beds were comfortable. I would stay again

Great Stay

We had to find a place close to Reedley for a wedding we were attending. Found this great place only 10 miles away from the venue. Nice, clean, Great communication...Would recommend 100% to those looking to get away.Also, 1 hour away from The Sierra National forest!! Must see!!!

The Ranch House was nice and Clean, Only wish there was some Nice Landscaping around this House, I’m sure Host is working on it. Otherwise all was Good!
