Spacious 3-bedroom with comfortable loft located in a quiet neighborhood with a large kitchen. Convenience located near Costco, the Oakway Center, Gateway Mall and within 10 minutes to Downtown Eugene and the U of O. The home has an outdoor space with sectional seating and propane fire pit with a patio heater for the evening. Three parking space are available with central air conditioning and heating.

Wonderful home

We only stayed one night as we were passing through town. The home was very clean, had plenty of room and space for a small family or a few couples. Communication was always prompt in responding. We did not utilize the outdoor space. We would return if we are ever in the area again. Beautiful home and on a quiet street.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was great. It was nice to have space to spread out, and so much nicer than dealing with a hotel on graduation weekend!

Nice place to stay

This property is tucked back in a neighborhood so it was very quiet. It was well stocked with everything we needed and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our short stay there and we had no major issues.

Great location, very comfortable

The house was perfect for us and our 2 teenagers. Very clean and well stocked. I also appreciated that the check out and check in were exceptionally easy. Will stay again when we're in town if it's available.

Quiet Stay

We are only using the house for a short time for a business trip. But all of us really appreciated what a quiet little neighborhood the house was in. Got a great night's sleep and back on the road for our business trip the next day.

Perfect fit

We enjoyed this house so much! It was clean and spacious. Nice outdoor area. Rooms were also large with comfortable beds. The house was well stocked with everything you need. Contact with the owner was always quick to respond. Great place to stay. Highly recommend!

A gathering

I booked this for my son and his friends who are gathering for an event in Eugene. They told me it was a perfect place for them to get together. I am grateful for the prompt and clear communication from the host.

Disappointing Stay

We feel honest and respectful reviews are vital so that others can make informed decisions. The one positive was that the kitchen was well stocked. This home was dark and cavelike downstairs, the house was filthy and the downstairs carpet was stained badly and needed to be stretched which made for tripping hazards for our toddler. The carpet needs to be replaced. The house smelled bad but was covered up by too many strong plug ins. The furniture was dirty and in poor condition. Every door upstairs creaked and the heating system was very difficult to operate. The thermostat was upstairs only. This made the upstairs hot and downstairs very cold. The landscaping outside was very poor and unkempt. The location was hard to find and parking was tight. Everyone’s standards are different and this is the only poor review I’ve ever given but this is our honest review.

I had great communication with the host up until check in. The house was spotlessly clean, and nice and cozy warm and inviting. The veds are very comfortable, and the fireplace downstairs is a nice touch, especially in the morning to sit by and drink your coffee, which they provided. It was a great stay! Easy check in, and easy check out. 5 star recommendation!

We stayed in Eugene to help our daughter get in her living space for the U of O. Communication with the owner was outstanding and immediate. House was tucked back away from the main streets. The house is large. Kitchen has all the amenities and the bedrooms are spacious. Furniture mmight be dated, but more than functional. Beds are Tempurpedic, so firm memory foam. Keep shoes off in house is understood because of all the carpet. Clean carpet. There are fans in each bed room that work great. The house was kept warm, but the nest thermostat worked fine to lower the temperature. Towels are thin, but work fine for 5 days. Washing and drying hold a lot of landry. Biggest bonus.... bidet in main bathroom. Could be a life changer. Just a great place especially for longer stays. Thanks!

Perfect place for 3-6 people to stay comfortably while visiting a student at the University of Oregon. Clean, well-equipped, plenty of space, pleasant fire pit area outside.
