*No animals allowed *No trailers are allowed *No personal watercraft will be accepted Chalet with spa, beach and terrace on the water. It is located at the entrance to the Grande Décharge in Alma. On the right you have a magnificent view of Lac-Sain-Jean and the wonderful sunsets. Here is what is available on site - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 60 inches - 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed 60 inches below and 60 inches above - 1 open concept bedroom, upstairs with 1 60 inch bed and 1 drawer opening onto a 54 inch bed. - 1 bathroom on the ground floor (bath/shower, toilet, sink) - 1 bathroom upstairs (shower, toilet, sink). - 1 living room - 1 kitchen - 1 dining room - 1 playpen (umbrella bed) - Washer/stove/fridge and dishwasher - Wi-Fi/Password: on the refrigerator - 1 television, service with Digicom - Clean bedding already in place in each bed - Extra blankets and pillows in wardrobes and desks in bedrooms - Bath towels and washcloths.(Take note that there are no towels for the beach or for the spa) - Cloths and dish towels - 1 dryer - 1 iron - Dishes and pots - Microwave - Toaster - Drink mixer - Mixer - Waffle iron - Electric fondue pan - Raclette plate with ignition liquid - Central vacuum cleaner/broom/dust door - 18 liters of water Miscellaneous kitchen products - Paper towels - Aluminum foil and saran wrap - Garbage bags - Dishwashing liquid - Dishwasher tablets Hygiene products - Liquid hand soap - Toilet paper
- Shower gel - Shampoo/conditioner - Liquid or tablets for washing clothes What is available outside the chalet (depending on the season) - BBQ and propane - Picnic table, patio chairs, camping chairs - Outdoor fireplace, wood, axe, newspapers and matches - Private beach - Terrace on the water with table and chairs - Jacuzzi brand spa - Trampolines The chalet is located in a very wooded area. There is a very nice park with children's modules about 6 km from the chalet. (path of berries). Belley beach (public beach) is located about 8 km from the chalet. The federated snowmobile trail about 6 km from the chalet. * No animal will be tolerated, in the event that there is a breach of the rules, you will have to leave the premises. The water in the chalet is drinkable but may smell of sulphur. I always leave 18 liters of water that I fill up at my main residence (water from an artesian well, it does not contain chlorine or other products), it is excellent. Instructions to follow What is prohibited - Animals - Walk with your shoes in the chalet - Gatherings, celebrations and parties - Put objects or products that are not recommended in the spa - Make fires on the beach or in another open place - Make fireworks What must be respected throughout your stay - Never leave the doors open unnecessarily and for a long time because mosquitoes and mice will enter. - Always take a shower before entering the spa to remove deodorants, sunscreens, perfumes etc.(Otherwise the water will become cloudy) - Rinse the feet before entering the spa (in summer) to remove beach sand - Replace the spa cover after each use - Never let children 'play' with the fragile spa control Safety instructions - Never leave children alone on the beach. Swimming is possible, pleasant and easy to access but offshore, there is current.There are life jackets for children and for adults available on site - Always supervise children when they are in the spa - Remove shoes in the trampoline and close the net before allowing children to jump Remember to bring (depending on the season) - Solar cream - Mosquito repellent - Sandals and tuques for the spa What must be done when you leave - Close all windows - Lower the spa to 96 degrees - Reduce all heaters in the chalet to 18 degrees - Bring all your garbage in the containers located in the Chemin du Domaine Renaud (you will come across them on the way back) - Leave used sheets, pillowcases, towels, dish towels and rags in the bathroom.washing (be careful not to clutter the baseboard heater) - Fill and start the dishwasher - Put the key back in the case
