Secluded Oasis Retreat in Central Tucson
Newly built modern eco home
Open floor plan, Light filled space, french doors open onto large covered porch bringing outdoors in & extending living space. Ceiling fan in each room and large mounted tv in living area, fully stocked kitchen
Large, private yard w/ 7'h fence & pollinator garden
Hot tub on covered patio and washer and dryer in laundry shed
The space
The entire home and patio and yard are yours to ramble.
Laundry shed is available for storage and washer and dryer
You might see me on the property (rarely but occassionaly to access the shed or water on extremely hot days when I feel the irrigation isnt going to cut it)
Second bathroom/toilets if needed in outdoor composting toilet area in private area of the yard, vintage camper on site for use as extra bedroom if needed ($49 additional charge). Also outdoor shower on site as well
This bnb will feel more like a home than an Airbnb w. lots of personal touches and fun decor.
Hot tub in the winter months ONLY
Guest access
Parking is private, youll pull into the back yard and shut the metal gate behind you
Other things to note
We do charge a pet fee, if you are traveling with pets please let us know and also add them to your reservation
Also In the hot months I will be by the bnb to water the gardens and also access the back shed

Why they chose this property
This bnb is my actual home and is availble to rent when Im out of town or in Flagstaff for the summer. Its not your cookie cutter ikea decorated bnb, its comfortable, welcoming and homey, surrounded by a large native pollinator garden and a small 2 person hot tub. My home is very private with a 7 foot privacy fence around the entire property. Theres an outdoor shower, a camper, a firepit, washer/dryer, private parking and extra storage in a large shed. Its in central Tucson so your 10 minutes from all things...downtown, the university, the airport, Saguaro national park (west and east side), I-10 etc...
