This was our third stay at this property, which for us is convenient located. It's also clean and has all the basic amenities. It's pet friendly, which is a must for us, and there is a nice .7 mile walking loop on the neighboring streets. We'll definitely stay here again.
Perfect plays for a quick retreat. We came out for a community event. Drove in from New Mexico, were able to take a shower. It was cool the beds were comfortable. Communication was great. It's in the lovely area. Everything was easy access and the hosts were amazing.
What a nice spot. The hosts left very clear instructions for everything! It is a converted garage and super nice. I'm not usually a solo traveler so, at first, i was, naturally, a bit uneasy. But i could tell the hosts were home and had been vetted by VBRO and ALL of their other guests so I quickly relaxed and used my time to unwind. While i never met the hosts, our communication was always promt, professional and inquisitive as to how they could make my stay as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this clean, quiet and comfortable stay.
I absolutely love this stay! It was super clean, so adorable, owners are incredibly nice and accommodating! Great little outdoor seating area to take in the views and it’s dog friendly! The neighborhood is stunning! I highly recommend staying here and being hosted by Lindsay and Brandon! Can’t wait to come back again!!!

The neighorhood was safe, the owner friendly and accomodating. The room was clean, well kept and had everything a guest could need.
The apartment was conveniently located for our one night stay in Tucson, and all the amenities were adequate to meet our needs. However, the plug in air freshener scent was overpowering us and the parking a bit awkward.
From the location in a small quiet neighborhood to the beautiful views and the condition of the place everything was beyond my expectations!! I highly recommend staying there. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!
I loved my stay here! The space was very clean and cozy and there was no noise. The bed was so comfortable! It is hard to come by a pet-friendly space, so I am very thankful for short term rentals that allow pets. There is no fence for your pets, just an FYI! The neighborhood is very nice, and I went for a couple of long walks while there. I highly recommend it!
I thought everything was so great especially when I entered the room there was a tray for popcorn setup so sweetly. It was quiet and it felt really safe to be where we were. So thank you again.

Basic private rental conveniently located in Tucson foothills, 10 minute drive to great hikes. Patio door opens towards Craycroft which is a big noisy road at all hours. Nice views of the mountains from mini patio.
Fantastic area in the Swan/Sunrise area with great views of the Catalina Mountains. The weather during our two-night stay was perfect for outdoor dining at nearby pubs and restaurants. The directions to the property were clear and the location felt very safe. No problems checking in or out. The property is exactly as the pictures posted by the host. The host was friendly, attentive and responsive. The property had everything we needed for our two-night stay. A nice large refrigerator for storing extra water, drinks or leftovers was in this suite. The smart TV had a number of channels to watch and the WiFi connection was strong. There was a nice deep tub for soaking that we enjoyed. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, plenty of towels and other amenities were provided. The outside patio was private and intimate. Nearby traffic noise was a bit of a bother but we soon tuned it out. This was a nice, cozy and very clean suite. I highly recommend this spot If you are in Tucson.
My daughter, granddaughter and I were in Tucson for daughters dogs surgery, so we stayed just one overnight. The place was cute and tidy however the ad said there was a futon for second place to sleep and it was actually a sofa pull out bed which was horrible to sleep on or should I say not to sleep. (Maybe ok for kids to sleep on)
And waking up to barbells slamming on the floor at 6:00 -6:30 in the morning in the morning was not pleasant (Their home gym shares a full wall to the space) Owner was kind enough to shut the very bright outdoor lights off after we asked in the evening before bed. But i would suggest having then on automatic shut off in early evening so people can enjoy the stars or for sleeping. Location was nice... close to whatever one might need but in a quiet neighborhood and the space nicely decorated although I would suggest putting some actually flooring in as opposed to painted cement floor for a finished look and warmer feel. The rates were reasonable compared to many other crazily priced short term rentals. Overall an ok stay.

I’m sorry your experience was less than stellar and did not quite live up to your expectations. We have been offering this place on other sites for 3 years and honestly haven’t had one of the comments you made.
We try very hard to make sure all our guests have a wonderful experience and have been quite successful with over 500 guests. I appreciate your feedback and will definitely make some minor changes to help better fulfill everyone’s expectations and experience. Again thank you for the review and staying with us. Sorry we came up short for you. As mentioned before we try hard and have been extremely successful, however we do know that we cannot always make everyone happy no matter how hard we try.
