Perfect!
Beautiful, spacious home - well furnished and located in a safe, convenient, quiet area. I was a bit apprehensive about the small bedroom, but it was charming and more comfortable than its photo depicted. Liz takes excellent care of this property, and her guests.

Wonderful stay for our family!
We want to thank Liz for the beautiful home we stayed in during our stay. My daughters had never been to New Orleans before. We wanted them to feel comfortable and this home did just that. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. We were there during Mardi Gras and all the neighbors were so nice. The home had everything we needed to make it feel like our home away from home. There is parking for 2 cars, which was great. It is walking distance to Whole Foods, restaurants and Audubon Park. It could not have been any better! We will be back!

Stayed her for 2 months visiting family and friends. Perfect location - walking distance to Audubon Park, the River, grocery stores, great restaurants and shops. Easy drive to downtown and the Quarter, but in beautiful residential area that is perfect for feeling like you're living in a real neighborhood/community. The property is very clean, extremely well decorated, and outfitted with a very well stocked kitchen and nice linens Comfortable beds and really updated modern bathrooms. Liz was so easy to work with and helpful with any questions. Would highly recommend! My guests commented that it is one of the nicest holiday rentals they have ever stayed in. Loved it.

The perfect house
As much as I'd like to keep this place a secret.... I really have to commend Elizabeth for her wonderful southern hospitality. She was always quick to respond and accommodate our party of 5! The house is absolutely darling. We are looking forward to having coffee on the porch/balcony and relaxing there again next time. The location is great... Walking distance to Magazine Street and Whole Foods. I wouldn't look any further! Off street parking, a bonus. Thanks, Elizabeth. We will definitely recommend this rental. Making our trip annual.

Quiet Respite
Walk into the door of this tastefully appointed and comfortable town home and the hustle and bustle of a busy area disappears. My husband and I had to commute into the city for my niece's wedding venues and found coming back to this little gem a place of quiet relaxation. The only disappointment was not having enough time to explore the delightful neighborhood with everything within walking distance; restaurants, shops, and even Whole Foods! The host, Liz, was very accommodating to any questions and answered promptly, even making sure we had a coffee grinder when I requested one. We would love to return and stay in Liz's perfect spot before too long. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Great Home In Every Way!
The location of this charming and oh so comfortable home could not have been better. We were literally within walking distance to so many authentic New Orleans restaurants, cafes, & parks, Magazine St boutiques, and Whole Foods.
Liz took genuine care to ensure that we had everything we needed. Her southern hospitality was so so so warm and welcoming. She was very responsive and went above and beyond what we expected from a VRBO host.
The townhouse itself was impeccably clean and furnished with very comfortable beds, furniture, and linens and the kitchen was completely equipped with everything you could possibly need.
We plan to make this home our annual New Orleans home away from home.
Thanks Liz!

Upscale, warm home with amazing neighborhood!
We had a great stay at Liz’s place. The home has a great kitchen and wonderful bathrooms. Liz has taken care to decorate the home that fits with New Orleans and the neighborhood. The space has plenty of natural light and draws you in with the high ceilings. The location is a close walk to Magazine Street to the Whole Foods store and great restaurants. The area has a wonderful feel to it and we missed it when we left! We regret that we did not walk about the beautiful neighborhood more.
The location is short car ride to all the cool sites such as the French Quarter, Jackson Square and National WW2 museum. The property is about a thirty minute drive to Drestrehan Plantation and Jean Lafitte Swamp and Airboat tours; we enjoyed these two attractions and would recommend doing them when you come to New Orleans.
Liz is a great host and responds to questions promptly. Liz’s pictures of the property and description are exactly what you get upon arrival.
We have been staying at VRBO properties for ten years and have been fortunate to stay at some great properties. Liz’s place is at the top of our list. We are hoping to get back to visit again soon!

We’ll appointed and cared for home- very comfortable and perfect location for us
We chose Uptown location near our daughter’s home for the Thanksgiving holiday and this was perfect for our group. Totally walkable for shopping, many fabulous restaurants and to Audubon Park for Saturday charity run. Very comfortable with lots of room and kitchen easy to use. We would definitely recommend and would book again in the future.

Wonderful stay just off Magazine St
We had a delightful stay during jazzfest at West Riverside. The house was perfect for our family of 5. Clean, functional - beautiful old New Orleans home. Quiet street just off Magazine - close to groceries, great restaurants and audobon park/zoo. Liz was super attentive. Hope the home is available for our next trip to nawlins!

Loved it!
This is a great house, very clean, nicely equipped and quite spacious! It has a great layout for a family/two couples/group of a few friends. The kitchen and family room are nicely separated from the bedrooms so noise is not an issue (in our case for sleeping children). All three bedrooms are upstairs, master with a bath and the two other bedrooms with a Jack-and-Jill setup. Small private back porch with a patio, table and chairs where we enjoyed some wine, afternoon snacks, more wine... It is in a nice quiet neighborhood but close (easy walking distance) to Audubon Park/Zoo, restaurants, coffee shop called District: Donuts and Coffee Bar, Wholefoods, etc on Magazine St. Parking is right in front of the house in the driveway (big bonus), would fit two cars.
We would absolutely stay here again. It is probably the cleanest rental we have ever used, and feels like a home. Thank you!!

I LOVE NEW ORLEANS
Everything was as represented in the pictures. My family was pleased with the house and the location. Everything we needed was in close proximity. Unfortunately, we were there for a funeral and did not enjoy New Orleans as much as we usually do. Loved the house and would stay here again.
