The house is beautiful and the location is great. The air conditioning made the house incredibly comfortable. There was a little bit of a bug issue going on in the house. I saw evidence of termites in the kitchen and the master bath. There were flying bugs in the kitchen area and we killed several cockroaches. I know that’s just part of life in this climate, but the property might need a pest control visit.
