A wonderful and peaceful property. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kiddos. We made smores in the bonfire and relaxed in the hot tub. Our kiddos loved the bunk room where there were 3 sets of bunks.
We had a wonderful experience and we’re pleasantly surprised to find out the home was more than we expected. The pictures and description does it no justice. Plenty of towels, plenty of plates and glasses, propane in the grill. 10/10 would recommend
We loved our vacation at this property. The cabin accomodated us very well. The small kids loved the wrap around porch! We used the hot tub and the firepit. The location is beautiful! And the cabin was perfectly located for the activities we wanted to do. We went to Palisades lake one day, we kayaked down the Snake River near Swan Valley and one day we crossed Jenny's Lake on the boat and hiked. We visited Coos Bay and Strings Lakes. Some of our ancestry were among the first settlers of Victor and the surrounding area so one day we spent visiting sites associated with that heritage. Our schedule was very full.
Everywhere we went we were in awe of the beauty surrounding us. And we loved returning to this cabin after our activities. The cabin is tucked up in the trees - no one else around. Everyone loved going for walks or runs and just enjoyed our whole experience there.

Dirty and no support from owner
We recently stayed here and despite the beautiful location and nice layout, were utterly disappointed with it's cleanliness and condition. The fridge, toaster oven and microwave were filthy, dead flies and cobwebs on all the window sills, the window and door were coated with paw prints / handprints, there was a lack of toilet paper and dish soap and the bbq grill was coated in grime. The floors looked like they had been barely swept and when we tried to vacuum, it was plugged with a massive hair/dirt plug. When we unplugged the vacuum and did the main floor, the canister was filled before we could finish the whole floor. When we emailed Fletcher to inform him of the situation, his response was that normally the cleaners did a good job, he had the place deep cleaned 2 times a year and that he wished we'd emailed him before we cleaned. We immediately replied with "send the cleaners, there's lots left to do" but never heard from him again for the entire trip. We left one day early and sent him an email saying so and how disappointed we were. No reply. We are not clean freaks but expect at least the basics. Oh well, you win some and lose some. This was clearly a loss.

I appreciate my renters taking the time to write a review and I am sorry the cleanliness of the house was not up to their expectations. The renters did contact me about the cleaning needs and I did agree to send the cleaners back into the house. When I contacted my cleaning crew they were not available to return. I also did not receive anymore communication from the renters so am confused why i did not receive it.
We have had hundreds of renters stay in this location and this was the 2nd complaint of cleanliness issues I have received in 6 years.
We strive to provide a comfortable experience in the rental and will take continue to take steps to meet our renters expectations in the future.
We enjoyed a fantastic Labor Day Weekend with our two teenagers at this Teton County cabin. We appreciated having comfortable common areas to eat and spend time together, but also space to spread out at the end of the day. The outdoor areas are also amazing.
Additionally, this location provided great access to our favorite nearby outdoor hobbies. The kitchen is great for cooking. And lastly, the Owner is professional and communicates well.
Great experience overall. We had a nice amount of privacy and still wasn’t too far way from restaurants or grocery stores. We visited Jackson most of the time we were there and it didn’t feel that long traveling around. There were games and even a disc golf catcher I had no idea was there. Definitely would have brought some stuff for that if it was advertised. Big plus in my opinion. Bad timing, unfortunately, because the hot tub didn’t work. Fletcher notified us at least and was responsive during our time there.
My family was traveling from SC and meeting some family around Jackson WY. So glad we found this house to make our base camp while we toured Jackson and Grand Teton NP. House was fantastic and in a perfect location. Isolated and quiet (except for a few mooing cows). House was well equipped with everything we needed and the owners were great with answering our questions. If we head back to this area, we will definitely look to stay here again.
The cabin was super clean and very cozy. Lots of entertainment for the kids outside with the fireplace and disc golf. House had all the amenities and was in an awesome location. Close to Jackson Hole and the Teton National Park.
The property was exactly what the pictures portrayed. A rustic, but all the comforts we needed. The high ceiling and fans do need to be dusted. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for cooking and the wide open space allowed a dance off with the switch and two board games going on all at once. At 0 degrees outside it was a bit cold to get to the hot tub. Every one braved the cold and loved siting in the hot tub while it snowed and the wind blew. The placement of the hot tub actually worked out very well. Even though there was a good storm blowing the hot tub was protected by the home. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of bedding. We had 12 Adults, 1 teen, and one infant and every one slept great! The teen did sleep on the couch. Overall we would stay again, hands down!!
This is a truly fantastic property in an absolutely spectacular location! We were 3 couples with 3 teens and 2 younger kids and came for Xmas and to ski at grand targhee. We’ve done lots of ski rental vrbos in the past but this surpasses all. It is a little drive from the slopes, half hour in winter weather, but for that you get a magical cabin in the forest without another property in sight. Hot tub gazing into aspen forest, cozy wood stove, warm beds and a cabin stocked with everything you could possibly think to need. Very responsive host, good plow work as we did have lots of snow. And I would say a bargain for the price in that area. We will be back!
The cabin was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we were looking for. We especially enjoyed the wood fire on a cool rainy day. Highly recommended.
The pictures online don’t do this home justice. Wonderful, secluded location. The only neighbors we saw or heard were the cattle on the farm next to us. Beautiful interior with comfortable furniture and excellent beds. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need including spices, flour, sugar, etc. Pots and pans are a little older but they worked fine. Awesome outside space with wrap around deck, dining table, Weber grill, fire pit and hot tub. Easy 30-40 min drive to Jackson and the Grand Tetons. Would definitely recommend this house!
We had a great time at this cabin. It was situated behind a grove of trees which made it very private. It was located around existing farmland so the kids could go on walks and check out the cows. The property was spacious and well kept. It was a one hour drive to the Tetons, but the drive itself was beautiful. Thanks Fletcher!
Good place to stay, property location is awesome, it’s bit tricky to find the place. Recommend sign board near the entrance. Property is built with 2 bathroom, for this size house definitely recommend an additional bathroom.
Property is well equipped with all other amenities. Highly recommend !!!
Great place for the family to relax and enjoy. The kids especially enjoyed the "wild west" bunk beds and the hot tub. The location is on the edge of a forest with aspens and a beautiful view.
Great spot south of Victor offering seclusion from the rest of the world if you wanted it. Only negative was the extra trip we had to make to the store to supply our own toilet paper, soap and shampoo.
Fletcher's cabin is lovely - the pictures really don't do it justice. Well equipped with everything you might need. The kids loved the bunk bed room and we were all comfortable in the house. The deck was beautiful - we had incredible star and neowise comet viewing. The hot tub was a great escape. The house feels very private but is only a few minutes on a well-maintained dirt road from town. It was a great location for exploring Grand Tetons and the surrounding area. The place has had several updates that are not reflected in the pics, including new paint and stain outside. Fletcher responded immediately each time we had a question. All in all, a great stay - would recommend to anyone.
