Brian is the perfect gentleman, an Angel in disguise. He made up his bed folded his towel and left my house like no one had been there.
He blessed me greatly!
We were looking to stay in this exact area to visit some family for a trip. The house is beautiful and was the perfect size for our family. Ursula was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed, as well! Our kids also had a great time running around the property as there is so much space! We had a great time.

Stephanie and her family were wonderful guests and I enjoyed watching the children running around with my dog.
They are always welcome and I hope they will return soon.
Graciously,
Ursula
Such an amazing property. I felt more like we were at a Bed and Breakfast. Ursula is the kindest, most attentive owner that lives on the property. She helped me carry my luggage in, fresh flowers were placed inside and she baked a cake for us. Such a special place and can’t wait to come back.

What a kind sweet spirited family, I enjoyed very much sharing my property with them.
They were a blessing and I hope they come back soon.
God bless,
Ursula
I want to start by saying that the host was very nice, but unfortunately, the house did not meet our expectations. We had planned to stay for 7 nights with 4 people, but I ended up leaving after just 3 nights, and the other guests found alternative accommodations.
The house was cluttered with personal items in room, which made it feel uncomfortable. Additionally, the house was dirty and felt very lives in. Additionally, we did not check in the first night because we could not get ahold of the host and were afraid to drive an hour there with no directions into the house.
Despite my early departure, I had no communication from the host afterward, nor was there any offer for a refund. We spent over $4,000 for a 3 nights stay. I’ve never left a negative review before, but I feel it’s important to share this experience.

Hello Sloane,
I am sorry to read this review as yours is very different from everyone else who has stayed at my property prior. The house is on a farm property and it is furnished in a rustic, European fashion. I am sorry that this is not your taste although the photos of the property are accurate. The prior reviews never indicated that the house was "cluttered" and so I am sorry that you had this impression. It is a cozy, European style house and most find it very comfortable. It is unfortunate that you describe it as "dirty and very lives in" (sp.) as the house was professionally cleaned, as always, prior to your arrival. All guest communication is through VRBO and the house was open and ready for your arrival on Monday, October 21st.
Again, I am sorry this is your impression however it is not consistent with the experiences and reviews of my other prior guests.
Regards,
Ursula

Property manager very kind. Left us food in oven for when we arrived & put away groceries we ordered. The house is large. Beautiful property & views, large windows. Great location to Tryon Equestrian (though not 5 minutes as advertised). I do not feel the 5 star reviews provided transparency. It is hard for me to, due to Ursula's kindness. But I would like full discloure before spending thousands on a home rental,so I will provide 'the rest of the story'.Home is extremely cluttered. Every inch of space covered w/random items. The house is extremely lived in (think used razors & soap bars in the bathrooms), someone else's half-eaten food stuffed in the door of the fridge, appears like someone actually lives here. The cleanliness was a challenge, probably in part due to the level of clutter. But even the coffee pot my hubby tried to use was filthy & halfway through scrubbing chunks of mold (not just coffee grounds) out of the bottom of it he decided to skip coffee. The kitchen had an ant problem-lines of ants moving across the counter if anything was left on counter. We started putting oats for oatmeal, cereal boxes etc. in fridge to keep ants out. I had to contact Ursula day before to find out how to get in. The house is just left open, no key provided to lock from outside during your stay when you come and go from home. No top-sheets on beds. Both main-level beds double beds. One of the large beds actually located on a porch upstairs. Not posting pics out of respect for owner.
We had such a special time at this property. Ursula was a gracious and attentive host. The house is so charming and the views are spectacular. We will be back very soon.
