Bring your own lake toys, life jackets, floats, fishing poles/bait, and sunscreen to enjoy a great time at the lake!

We do not allow parties, events, reunions, large groups/gatherings, or pets.


Maximum Occupancy:

8 persons total per reservation. Limit applies across all guests/visitors and children — day or night, and includes the entire property, including outdoor areas, deck, and dock.

Visitors stopping by — even briefly to swim, fish, dine, or hangout — count toward the 8-person limit even if they are not staying overnight. All guests and visitors must be counted on the reservation. Occupancy charges may apply if changing reservation after booking.

Must E-sign rental agreement sent from host before check in.

For security, we monitor access and use of the property via video cameras that capture activity on the driveway, front and back doors, back deck, and the swim and boat dock. Any tampering with cameras will result in immediate loss of access to property.

Great home on the water!! Relaxing, perfect for the whole family, kids loved swimming in the river...close enough to the water park and restaurants. A very comfortable home...we stayed at the house and cooked most meals ourselves, grilled burgers... loved our vacation!!

I’ve stayed at a lot of properties and this one is better in person! Lots of open spaces and excellent communication from the owner. Kids loved swimming and we used the Kayaks as well. Stocked with games for kids and adults! Highly recommend!

Perfect Spring Break Getaway!

This was our first trip to Hot Springs and we couldn’t be more pleased with this adorable home! The house was clean and so neatly organized and decorated. The views are just perfect and my kids loved getting to fish from the dock. The process from booking to check out was a breeze and Lauren was great at communicating quickly! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Hot Springs!

Great Family Spot

Lauren was so incredibly helpful. She answered all of our questions leading up to our trip and during our stay. The house was stocked with the essentials needed to enjoy our stay. Our kids loved swimming off the dock and catching perch in a little honey hole right off the back driveway. The house was perfect for a family stay. We loved the open concept of the living/dining/kitchen and the big beautiful windows facing the lake. Thanks to the boat dock we got to enjoy our days out on the water, and our nights enjoying all the games and family activities inside the house.

Great lake house

The place was really nice. The host is very responsive. The views were great. Bed were comfortable and overall plenty of space. The dock was perfect for swimming. I wish the kayaks had the back supports intact, especially since we had to pay extra to rent them. The old school architecture with the modern/sleek updates were a cool combination. Great place to relax with the option to go out and explore Arkansas. Great place to stay for a family of 5 but could easily accommodate more people. Thank you for sharing your lake house with us.
