Lay down on the sun or stay on the shed of beautiful huge trees large backyard and the fire pit bring everyone together lots of chairs and The outside gas grill Help you to prepare fast your dinner The house it is located very close to all shopping area to Oakland and downtown and many more Beside the three bedrooms in the living room we have a queen sofa bed Everything it’s new in the house and the kitchen it’s stuck with everything you need

Everything was set up beautifully. the Lake View was great. Just be careful going down the stairs into the water. The last 2 stairs were very slippery. I fell but likely did not hurt myself badly.

Property located directly on the lake with paddle boards and kayaks , truly amazing . Peaceful and quiet neighborhood . It really accommodated to all ages , was able to fish , enjoy the lake , plenty of space , and my 8 year old son absolutely loved the swing . I have all great things to say about this home and would for sure stay here again and recommend to others .

What a great house. Very well equipped -did not want for anything. The water at the dock is good to be on more than be in. The water is not as nice as Ouachita

My husband and I and our two grown sons and their spouse and girlfriend enjoyed this property. Great open floor plan, three bedrooms, nice kitchen three bathrooms, which was really nice. Very nice dock and access to the lake. We worked directly with the owner of the property and she was very responsive and very nice. She gave us some great ideas of where to eat out as well. I would definitely book this property in the future. The great location of the lake but then the short drive to all things downtown Hot Springs.

Beautiful home - Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was amazing. The property is beautiful especially the backyard. Woke up in the morning, sat in the back porch, and admired the view. And we were a short drive a way from all the attractions/restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous location

Lucia was very easy to deal with. The house was very comfortable with everything you need to enjoy a stay on the lake. We loved the Nice large open yard leading down to the lake & firepit. Jacuzzi tubs are a nice respite after a day exploring Hot Springs.

Clean house!

The house was nicely remodeled and clean! Check in was easy. Beautiful view to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings. Quick drive to the horse races.

Sibling vacation

The house was very nice and clean. The location was great-close to everything we wanted to see. Everything went so smooth. Back yard slopes down to the lake with a new dock if you want to bring your boat. Everyone loved it. Will definitely stay there again

Family get together in Hot Springs

Very comfortable tastfully renovated home...roomy and clean...location on the lake was ideal...off the main channel of the lake on a sizeable tributary not at the end...the kyaks and paddle board were a pleasant addition to a dock/boat house ideal for swimming...rented a boat for a day and the location and boat dock let us avoid paking up and havng to look for a place to picnic well equipped kitchen...friendly neighbors have rented several houses on the lake over the years...this one is our favorite

Lake Hamilton Resort

This house is right on Lake Hamilton! The property is beautiful, dock out to the water for activity is very accessible. House is very large so you can spread out and has a game room. Great for family trips. Couch does make a bed, but not comfortable at all. Second night slept on top of the couch instead. Everything you need is furnished. Would stay here again.

Amazing!

It was perfect! It was so good that we are planning on staying there again next year. The house has everything you need, like kitchen items, plenty of towels and wash cloths, it had a kayak, a paddle board, and a canoe. it really is a wonderful place for the kiddos too. Lots of space for them to run around and the grounds are immaculate! Thank you for sharing your lovely property with us.

Relaxing stay

We traveled to Hot Springs to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The house was situated in a quiet street with access to the water from the backyard. The house is quite large, with three bedrooms, a large kitchen, dining area, a laundry room, pool table, and nice large bathrooms. We fished off the back dock and enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings. There are a lot of restaurants and activities just a short drive away. Would recommend if you want a large quiet space to relax that’s on the water.

Just what we were looking forr

Everything promised was there, however the pictures can not do it justice. 3 couples with plenty of room. Gorgeous setting with every imaginable convenience at your fingertips. 3 separate seating areas outside. The covered patio was perfect on a hot day that included a little rain. Exceptional location. Highly recommended by all 6 of us.

Relaxing getaway

We had a great experience. We brought our cat who has never been left alone and is spoiled rotten. This was our first time staying in a pet friendly home so I was a little worried about my allergies. There was zero evidence that any animals had been there. I’d like some advice on how to get my own home that fur-free! We had no problems getting in with the keyless entry. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Walmart and Kroger are only about 10 minutes away so it was easy to get groceries. We had so much fun with the kayaks and paddle board. We also enjoyed sitting on the back patio and having a drink while taking in the view. I would definitely recommend vacationing here.

Great Lake House/Trip to Hot Springs

House was great location. Quiet and safe area. Short drive to casino (5 min) or downtown (10-15min). House is fully stocked with everything. Owner pays attention to details - provides things other vrbo’s don’t think of like lots of blankets, towels and kitchen items. We had everything to cook meals. Beds are comfortable. House is newly remodeled. Yard is fantastic- we enjoyed running around with our dog and daughter out back, sitting by the water and watching sunset. We could not get in water as they lower the lake levels this time of year. We didn’t know that but it wasn’t a huge deal because it would have been cold anyways. But just know the lake is low until mid March. Owner is very helpful and responsive. We would definitely come back and stay here.
