Very Clean, Spacious, & Quiet Home Near Beaches

Feel at home at this very clean and spacious home away from home. Located in a quiet neighborhood. A beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom thats fully equipped to make breakfast, lunch, & dinner at home instead of going out for every meal.
But if you rather go out for every meal we are perfectly located for that as well. Close to everything with 3 big screen tvs, fast wifi, games, a couch you could sink into, a giant beanie bag, and 3 super comfortable beds. Washer, Dryer, Fully Fenced Backyard.
The space
Pull into your own driveway and be welcomed by the motion detector lights to help you unpack if you arrive late. Use the August app to get inside and be welcomed by our living room / kitchen area. We have an open kitchen design so when Netflix is playing on the big screen tv you can stay tuned while cooking.
We have a big L shaped couch where you plomp down and relax. Flick on and watch Hulu, Netflix, Disney, or Espn+. We have the lights on a dimmer so you can control your comfort level. A right from here takes into the game room where we have a basketball game. Who has the best shots in the group? Next to that we have a pull up station if you like to workout during your stay. Calisthenics is the way to go. Another right takes you downstairs to our washer & dryer machines with a cabinet to keep your detergent. A left from the game room takes you outside to our fully fenced yard that included a fire pit.
Walking from the other direction from the living room you will see the bigger bathroom on the right, with the first bed room on the left. Past this our 2 other bedrooms both with Tvs. The bedroom on the left corner is the biggest, and has a grass wall along with the neon lights. The bedroom on the right corner has its own bathroom. All the bedrooms has charging cables for your phone.

A Very comfy and roomy stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Milton house, close to everything and had just what we needed, very easy communication with the property owner, we will return next year and book ahead for this location.

Great Place & Location

I got this place because it was close to my family in Milton. The house was spacious and clean. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very accessible with what you need to cook a great meal. It was easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. WiFi was fast and reliable. Also really liked the carport easily accessed. Definitely will stay again.

Property needs some tender love and care, a lot of gnats in the front of the house. Towels and a smell to them we had to use our own towels. Neighborhood quiet and commuting was very easy.

Finally, a perfect stay near family in Milton!

I travel here frequently for family, and I'm almost sad to blow the secret of this AMAZING listing to the world! Super clean and quirky (older home, non-descript appearance, but inside--WOW) and SO convenient. NEW appliances, cheaper than a hotel room(!); the host was VERY easy to reach for any/all concerns and we have already booked another stay! It's SUCH a blessing to have found a covertly perfect listing so near my family in Milton, there is nowhere else that we will be staying now when we come to the area for family!

Clean and Comfy

We were pleasantly surprised how nice, roomy, updated and comfortable the property was. The check in technology was confusing at first, but once we got the hang of it, it was great. My only suggestion is to provide more check out information regarding bedding, towels, dishes etc in the welcome booklet inside the house. Owner was very responsive when I had a question or needed any assistance. Would most definitely recommend and would happily stay there again.

Family Reunion

Eduard is a fantastic host. Eduard communicated with me before and during our stay. He answers your questions/concerns very promptly. This property was exactly what we were looking for in Milton. We had a family reunion in Milton and this property accommodated our family of four. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen has all the essentials that you need. If you are looking at renting a hotel room, I would definitely book this property instead. It has many more amenities than you basic hotel chain. If we are ever back in Milton again we will booking this property. Thank you Eduard!

3 day stay

The first impression outside was concerning. Nevertheless, the house/beds were very clean with a welcoming atmosphere. There was a little musty smell but I spayed Lysol. The backyard was clean and relaxing. There is a washer/dryer so you do not have to travel with dirty clothes. Everything you need is stocked (food excluded of course). The location is ideal for restaurants, pharmacies, shopping, etc. I appreciate how easy it was to communicate with Eduard. His response was immediate. The price was reasonable for the 3 nights. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Worst rental I ever had

Can't believe what I paid for this house. Worth half the cost. No furniture to put clothes in. No wifi password. No batteries in remote. No TV other than streaming Roku so no NBC, CBS or ABC. No way to contact the owner. Tiny bathroom in master bedroom. If I could get a refund I would pursue it. We stay in this area two times a year and have always bben happy with our choice of homes...not this time.

Not terrible, but not for us.

First; the communication with the owner was absolutely amazing. He was quick with responding & helpful with us needing to book an extra night. The house is a decent size house, my daughter loved the basketball game in the extra room. The back yard is huge! HOWEVER; the heat in the house did not work. We had a brisk 61 degrees inside, & no need to set an alarm the neighbors dogs are going to take care of that for you! & if you like sleeping on hard beds, this is the place for you. The couch though was very comfortable! Not a terrible experience; just small inconvenience that would make me not book this property again.
