This brick barn was built in the 1930's and was used as a tobacco barn to cure tobacco. This rustic gem is only 512 sq. ft. and has 1 king bedroom, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. It is nestled in the pines, off the road, and located on the property near Broadslab Distillery and The Barn at Broadslab. Baccer Barn is conveniently located near I-40 and I-95.
The downstairs of this apartment consists of a living room, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom. The living room has a couch, a recliner, and a ROKU tv. The kitchenette has a microwave, a small refrigerator, and a coffee pot. The bathroom does have a full size shower.
The upstairs of this apartment is the bedroom. The bedroom has a king size bed and a 65" ROKU tv to enjoy.
The barn has a covered wrap-around porch that has ceiling fans, Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, and a swing to enjoy nature's beauty that surrounds. Parking for the rental is right beside the space.
