Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Reminder to return garage opener and leave on kitchen counter. The garage gate will open without remote by pulling up close to it.
If there is any excessive trash, please take to trash can located in the parking lot area behind fence.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties allowed. Is a residential building and HOA enforces loud music / large gatherings. Police station is across the freeway.
If the party rule is broken, your stay will be canceled and a fee of $500 plus any damages.

Great Downtown Houston Option

Very clean space that was well updated and well organized. We had a smoke detector start beeping and the owner came right out and changed the battery. Very good service! We attend an annual event in Houston and plan to book here again.
