Welcome to this chic Windsor, California residence, proudly owned by a celebrated local winemaker. Consider this space your ideal basecamp for an unforgettable wine country adventure. The first thing you will notice when you walk into this 2,600 square-foot residence is either the expanse of the vaulted ceiling or the gleaming bottle of wine the owner has gifted to you from his collection at Christopher Creek Winery in Healdsburg.

The next thing you will notice is that the LIVING ROOM is huge. A massive sectional couch is joined by another large sofa to provide comfortable seating for your entire party. A wall-mounted TV and a stereo system can provide the entertainment. (The fireplace is not available for use)

The open floor plan leads the living area right into the DINING ROOM which is centered by a large rustic-wood table-for-eight. Sturdy leather-tacked chairs surround it, suitable to feed your entire party.

The KITCHEN is separated by a large center island. One side of the island is a counter with two high bar chairs. Breakfast (or that complimentary bottle of wine) can be enjoyed here.

All that you need to whip up a gourmet meal is here: an oven, stovetop, microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and serving platters.

The 6 BEDROOMS have queen-size beds with soft bedding, plenty of closet space, and good sunlight.

Three of the SIX BEDROOMS are downstairs. BEDROOM #1 & BEDROOM #2 have queen beds and no closet. BEDROOM #2 and BEDROOM #3 both have dedicated desks and chairs to get work done.

The downstairs guests share a FULL BATHROOM in the hallway.

BEDROOM #4 and BEDROOM #5 are upstairs. These two bedrooms share a “Jack & Jill” BATHROOM.

BEDROOM #6 is the master bedroom with a king bed and an attached master bath.

A WASHER and DRYER are on-site for your convenience.

The BACKYARD is fenced for privacy. On one side of the yard is a vegetable and herb garden shaded by a pergola; on the other is an umbrella-covered table. The yard as a whole is a relaxing venue for alfresco dining or conversations under the stars. Additionally, relax and unwind in our private hot tub, perfect for soaking after a day of exploring the beautiful wine country.

You’ll have the entire driveway for parking. Extra cars can be parked on the street. This is a family-friendly neighborhood and you will feel safe parking here.

Your pets are welcome. Please let us know if your furry friends will be accompanying you at the time of booking. A $250 per-stay charge is required.
