Cozy Autumn Escape – Yard, Games & Hill Views
Summary:
Well-located for your wine country destinations, our peaceful home sits in a very family-friendly neighborhood, very quiet, with beautiful views toward Annadel State Park and Kenwood.
The Space:
The property has a laid-back feel and is equipped with all the amenities you will need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Filled with souvenirs from our trips around the world - over 80 countries and counting!
Take in the gorgeous views of the hills through the windows in the family room. Binge-watch your favorite shows in the family room using the TV. It is hooked up on Roku with Amazon Prime, as well as Netflix. Our full kitchen has everything you need for preparing scrumptious meals for the whole family. We also have a fully automatic espresso maker & cappuccino maker for the coffee lovers in your group. There is an Automatic motion-sensing tap and a batch feed garbage disposal that only works when the magnetic stopper is used, very safe. We have a beautiful 5-burner Wolf range and a new double-convection oven. The Wolf range has a separate simmer ring for every burner. The house has five bedrooms perfect for large groups and extended families. The first three bedrooms have a queen-sized bed and the other two bedrooms each have a single bed. Three available bathrooms make it very ideal for everyone.
For those times you do need to sadly get a little work in, we have reliable high-speed internet and an office with a monitor and laser printer setup.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
A newly added Xbox 360, PacMan arcade machine, a huge library of kids books, board games and toys for young ones!
Big back deck with natural gas barbecue, lots of yard to play in. The private yard has a jungle gym, and a "roller coaster" to tire out your kids while you relax in our hammock or on our swing. Please make sure that kids are supervised at all times!
The back deck has a natural gas BBQ and plenty of space for outdoor dining or sipping that glass of wine while you enjoy the views of the surrounding hills.
No need to worry about power outages at our home - we've got full power backup with 2 Tesla Powerwalls. Speaking of Tesla, if you need to recharge, we have a 220 outlet in the garage, please reach out to us to get access.
We now have a J1772 charging cord coiled up in front of the garage door compatible with all electric cars. Free EV charging for guests!
We also have a landline that can be used to call in case of emergencies

Minimum off-street parking required: 5 parking space(s). One on-street parking space may count toward the minimum requirement, where legal on-street parking is available.

The Neighborhood:
Our favorite winery is En Garde Winery — just 15 minutes down Highway 12 and rated 96 points from Robert Parker.
Other favorites in the Sonoma Valley are St Anne's and Arrowood.
For a restaurant, you can't go wrong with Ca'bianca, beautiful outdoor Italian dining in a picturesque garden belonging to an 1800s house right downtown. Very delicious.
For the best coffee and yummy pastries, head to Acre Coffee in Montgomery Village (or their Sebastopol or Petaluma locations). Their mocha is one of our not so guilty pleasures!
Getting Around:
A grocery store and good restaurants are just a short pleasant walk away! The nearest winery is only 10-minute drive away. A quick drive to the heart of Santa Rosa and all of it’s bars, restaurants, and entertainment, all this while being under an hour from the ocean.
Other Things to Note:
Well-behaved pets are allowed with a $500 deposit (paid upfront)
Please note that we have cameras facing the street at the front door, and a camera pointed at the garbage cans in the side yard. Thank you!
