Mixed bag

the third bedroom is adjacent to underground garage and smelled strongly of dust, mold and mildew. We were all afraid to stay in the room. The air was thought to be unhealthy. I had to sleep on the living room couch. Some bulbs were out in the bedrooms and living room. Overall everything else was fine but the fact that the downstairs bedroom was not livable forces me to withhold any future recommendation for the home.
