Heavenly Holiday House by the Gulf

Nicely Decorated and beautifully furnished home 2 bedroom home. It is centrally located in Holiday and close to many attractions including Tarpon Springs, famous sponge capital of the world and many wonderful restaurants like Rusty Bellies and Hellas Bakery Restaurant. Key Vista Nature Park, Anaclote Gulf Park, and Anaclote River Park beach are very close. Clearwater Beach is just 27 miles south. Mantee State Park is north where the Manatees frequent! Disney is 1:45 away. Busch Gardens Park 34 mi. There are a couple grocery stores near by and a CVS pharmacy.

There is a 50 inch RokuTV, no cable with Wi-Fi streaming using apps such as Netflix. Please bring your log in information for your apps.

To help prevent the spread of Covid-19, we have enhanced our cleaning procedures by blocking off 2 full days after each guest.

There is a ring door bell on front door facing the front yard and driveway. It is there to secure the property. The Coastal Anaclote Trail is close by to enjoy walking, running or bicycling and bird watching , 5.6 miles in a beautiful wooded area

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all used towels in washer with the lid up do not start. Take all trash and leftover food out of the fridge and put in blue garbage bin out front.
Wash up any dishes you may have. Please set the thermostat to 78 degrees. Make sure kitchen/garage door latch is fastened.
Make sure all inside lights and outside porch light is turned off. Please let me know when you have checked out. Lock doors. Thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No oversize vehicles or uhauls etc 2 driveways for parking Quiet time 11 pm-7am Remove shoes bedrooms. DO NOT leave the porch light on all day/night
Booker of property must be guest of age. PLS State the nature of your visit and who will be guests. IF out turn off lights inside except dining area
Do not open any windows, keep doors closed so nothing wanders in! Checking out remove all trash and put towels in washer with lid up do not start! TY

Great escape from the cold

Had a great time at this place very clean and close to everything. Parks nearby for walking and a pier for watching the sunset or fishing. would recommend to anyone.

Comfortable and clean

Our month long stay was relaxed and very comfortable. Despite the heat the air conditioning kept up and allowed my partner to get back on his feet after major surgery. Tarpon springs is a short ride away with plenty of shopping and restaurant. Close to state parks for walking swimming in the gulf or watching beautiful sunsets. The host of this property was exceptional always available to answer our questions and wanting to make our stay a great experience.

This is a beautifully kept home which exceeded our expectations! The host wast great and communicated very well with us. Her home was immaculately kept and was well stocked with items you would find in a 5 star hotel! I would most definitely encourage those looking for a vacation rental to seriously consider staying in this beautiful home!

Love being a host and sharing my house with others. I enjoy communicating with them and making sure they have a good time while they are there.

Why they chose this property

The house is conveniently located close to stores, many beaches and other things to do like the Tarpon Springs famous sponge dock! There is a nature walk just minutes from the house that is great for families just wanting to get some exercise each day and see wildlife and the water. I traveled to Tampa in the early 2000's and fell in love with the area and the people there.

What makes this property unique

It is in a quiet neighborhood and alot of the beaches are so close. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful.There is a sort of bird refuge behind the house that all kinds of birds fly into.
