The Lighthouse Suite is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, condo (sleeps 4) in a beautifully restored building in Ocean View. Located right on the beach and close to wonderful restaurants. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay.

The Space:
Bedroom 1: First bedroom has a queen size bed
Bedroom 2: Second Bedroom has a queen size bed

*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.

There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with high-speed wifi.

The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.

*This unit does not face the water - there is a common back yard space that can be accessed by all the guests with access to the beach.

Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code.

Guests will have the entire house to themselves.

The Neighborhood:
This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants.

Getting Around:
Parking - Guests are given one parking spot (#5) in the parking lot in front of the building.

House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM

Long weekend

The property had a beer can with cigarette butts on the veranda, although there is no smoking. The beds are uncomfortable and I found moldy bread behind the microwave. When I booked the property I thought I would have a water view and that was not the case. Once I got there I understood that it’s located on Oceanview Dr. if I would have known I wouldn’t have had a water view I would’ve not stayed.
