Great house in great location.

This is such a cute house with plenty of room for a large family. We were there for a football weekend and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay again.

Best Family House and Outdoor Space!

We stayed for our son's Graduation weekend and loved every minute. The pictures honestly don't do the outside space/porch and gardens justice....it was just perfect and beautiful and we plan on coming back when our family team joins the SEC for football weekends!

Hidden Gem

Everything you need for a weekend in Tuscaloosa! Great for family visiting and taking in a game. House is tucked away in the trees with a nice garden. Firepit was a perfect addition to a cool evening. We Will be back!!

Roll Tide Weekend

My family stayed at the Firefly Garden during Alabama’s Parent’s weekend. The location was great, and communication was easy. The house is super cute, warm, cozy, and inviting. There are lovely gardens and walkways surrounding the property... with a host of butterflies to greet you. The fire pit was a huge hit! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend ….Roll Tide!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our time at this house! The communication with the owner was fantastic and this house was so charming and cozy. Our whole family fit very comfortably, and we had everything we needed to fix meals and just relax. We felt like we were isolated and in the country while being just a short mile from the main part of the city. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay if you have a larger family. We even found ourselves staying at the house more than going out because we enjoyed it so much.

Nice treed lot, comfortable beds, fresh towels, good gathering areas. Wool rug collection was lovely but seemed to aggravate allergies for several members of our party. Some dishes weren’t clean. Few serving bowls. No grill utensils. With charm of antique home, trade-offs of smaller bathrooms, few outlets, etc. Management company was well organized. Instructions were clear. Nice arrival basket with chips and soft drinks.

There is a hanging on their wall which sums up the purpose and our experience of this home and garden. “I want to live by the side of the road and be a friend to man.” The response to our questions were immediate and kind. Perfect location to the University and then a place to escape and unwind.
