Beautiful home comfortable beds

Right next to the Killeen mall. It's in a decent area. Dome of the furniture has some dings but it's super nice inside. The neighbors are nice. Would definitely stay again

Host CANCELLED the day AFTER check-in and was completely unresponsive

We did not stay here because the host was unresponsive and never provided check-in info, even after being contacted two hours after check-in time. The listing was also removed after we paid four our five night stay. When I called the host, there was no answer and the voicemail box was not accepting new voicemails. I received a notification the host has cancelled the day after check-in. There was no other communication from the host. Overall, this was a terrible experience and disrupted our vacation in several ways. Not only were we forced to look for a place to stay last minute after a 10 hour drive, we had to hotel hop for days with our children and the cold food we had been keeping on ice. Avoid this host at all costs! She really does not care about the impact her lack of communication had on your time and experience.
