The minute you open the door to this condo, you are greeted by a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico that takes your breath away. Enjoy the extraordinary weather and sunsets Fort Myers Beach has to offer from the lanai with mesmerizing views of the beach, pool and Sanibel Island. Watch the dolphins play and see the beautiful exotic birds feeding in the estuary as you relax and sip your morning coffee or evening beverage.

The condo is conveniently located on the south end of the island. The property is located directly on the beach and has plenty of free parking for guests. It is across the street from Santini Plaza which is in the process of rebuilding. It already has several shops that have reopened.

As a part of the remodel, we replaced all of the appliances including a dishwasher, new flooring, hi-end granite countertops, tile walk-in shower and new kitchen and bathroom cabinets.

Relaxing week with kids

My kids and I stayed in the studio condo, that provided everything we needed for the beach and pool. Walking distance to cvs for basic groceries, restaurants, ice cream, dolphin tour and jet skis. We saw a variety of birds, lizards, frogs, crabs, and sand dollars. Will consider coming back again.

Beautiful and Quiet

We loved this condo. It was super close to the beach and all necessary supplies were provided. The room was a perfect size for two. This condo is more south of the island which allowed for a quiet place to relax. The crowd at the complex was older with a few families. Nights at this condo were peaceful! The only trouble we had was with the dreadful construction, but it’s everywhere. Linda was so reachable, which made things very convenient. The rental company was also very communicable; they called me a few days before to ensure I knew how to get our keys when we got there. Overall very relaxing!

Look no further than this condo!

If you were looking for the perfect place near everything you have found it! This studio apartment was packed full with all of the amenities! Plenty of towels, umbrellas, chairs, toys you name it it is here! Ocean front… Steps to the pool… kitchen had every utensil we needed! Dolphins in the morning and sunsets in the evening!!! The room was clean and comfortable! You can tell they take pride in their condo. We look forward to planning our next vacation here at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club, and hope this unit will be avaiale!

Everything was just as pictured! Beautiful view, quiet, everything was provided!

We had a wonderful time and plan to return with the family next year! Be sure and check the cabinets and storage trunk, everything provided! We didn't check and went and bought floats, goggles and other things that were already there.

Great place to spend a vacation for two. The building had only one elevator working the two weeks we were staying, this in not the owners fault but it made waiting for the elevator times long. it is nice that we were on the third floor as we could just go down the stairs. They should fix the slide for the garbage door on the kitchen cabinet as the door will not close properly. They supplied beach chairs and umbrella that were great, lots of towels for both the beach and your use. Great view of the beach will definitely look at staying in the unit in the future.

Pros: Clean, nicely furnished studio apartment! Gorgeous views of the Gulf - we really enjoyed them while relaxing on the balcony. Beach towels are provided. Would recommend this condo. Owner was quick to respond and friendly when questions arose. Negatives: Pool boy cleaned pool area daily very early around 6:30AM and woke us up each time. You have to also pick up the key for condo at real estate office which is further North on Island, which was a hassle with current street construction causing lots of traffic. Lockbox would have been more beneficial.

Linda and her condo were perfect!

The condo is perfect placed in the very right spot: at the beach, best place for beachwalkes, best restaurants very close... We went several times to Fort Myers beach....yearly...and we loved it...yearly!😊 BUT Linda was the most perfect host! She arranged a perfect cosy sofa. So the condo was really perfect..even for us 4 adults! We had so much fun, beautiful sunsets and so many sympatic talks with others renters. I really recomment Lindas condo. It is the right place for a beautiful vacation. We loved it! Thank you my dear Linda!!!❤
