Ready for the holidays! Spend Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah and Halloween here! Location, location, location - Welcome to The Nest Palm Desert. Amazing location on the 12th hole of the historic Shadow Mountain Golf Course, walking distance to El Paseo with world famous shopping and restaurants. Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath with a casita (5th bedroom) pool view home with golf course, mountain and sunset views. Casita has a small kitchen and private entrance. Beautiful entertainer's backyard with pool and spa and putting green and private gate leading to the 12th hole of Shadow Mountain golf resort. Eclectic mid century modern home with all the amenities to make this your home away from home. This is a furnished month to month vacation rental available beginning in June of 2023. Will consider long term upon request. Rent varies based on the month. The home has a brand new (April 2023) Sunpower 10KW Solar System that takes care of the majority of the electric bill. $400 towards utilities are included.

June at The Nest

Had a fabulous vacation with family and friends in Palm Desert staying at The Nest. This home was perfect for our family. My granddaughters spent hours in the pool and my husband and son enjoyed multiple rounds of golf. I managed to get some shopping I. With girlfriends on El Paseo. The casita provided a great separate retreat for my son and his family. Looking forward to returning.

Fabulous Palm Springs getaway

This property deserves a perfect 10! Spacious, beautifully decorated, 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home perfect for families. The theme bedrooms were colorfully decorated and all the beds , SUBLIME! The kids had fun choosing between the Flamingo, Peacock or Cockatoo rooms. Beautifully maintained pool and spa overlooking a magnificent golf course. A cooks dream kitchen with high end appliances ( induction range ), double ovens , beautiful cabinetry , granite countertops, and every utensil a cook needs. Lovely, gated well maintained large pool and huge spa that we used every day… perfect for those chilly desert nights in January! The pool and spa can be heated by a remote controller on the property , or the host is happy to control them upon request. The back yard of the house has a massive terrace with a large out door table for dining, fire pit to warm you while star gazing on comfy sofas . The golf course directly in back provides wonderful views and sunsets, and much entertainment as golf balls and carts fly by… Early morning hum of leaf blowers and mowers insure you won’t miss breakfast, but who wants to miss eating poolside in the sun while on vacation ! Heaven. I can’t say enough about Eric, the host. He was incredibly communicative and helpful during our month stay. I hesitate to rave more about this property… just because I’m afraid I might have competition when I try to book again. This is the best VRBO I’ve ever had the pleasure of booking.
