Contemporary living has never looked as good as it does at Skyline Escape. Boasting nearly 4000 square feet of living space on approximately 0.84 acres, this stunning home is sure to catch anyone's attention who lays eye on it! This beautiful home resides on a vast lot lined with trees, making it the perfect escape for your Jackson Hole vacation. This lovely home was impeccably completed in 2020 with practically all the amenities one could ask for.

Located in one of Jackson Hole's first and most popular subdivisions, Skyline Escapes is centrally located off of Highway 22 between Wilson and the Town of Jackson, making it an ideal vacation basecamp. Along with an abundance of wildlife, the Skyline Ranch neighborhood has gently rolling terrain, great views of the Tetons and surrounding ranges, and a ridge that looks out over the Snake River to the west and affords beautiful views to the east.

One of the first things you will notice upon entering this magnificent home is how the vaulted ceilings and open concept throughout allow for natural light to flow throughout the house, making it feel warm and inviting for your family and friends to enjoy. As you make your way up the entrance stairs, you will notice the how the Chef's kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining and main living space, which makes it the perfect place to gather. The kitchen is equipped with high-end KitchenAid appliances so you can have the ability to create any meals your heart desires or even have a private chef do that for you! With not one, but two dishwashers, you'll always have plenty of clean dishes. The fabulous dining area can accommodate up to 8 guests for every meal of the day, but you can also choose to enjoy a cup of coffee or a quick meal on the bar stools at the kitchen island. Adjacent to these spaces is the main floor living area where you can lounge on the leather couches and chairs while watching your favorite show or sporting event on the large flat screen Samsung Frame TV. Head outside past the dining area and you will find a covered deck area, lounge chairs for relaxation or sun bathing, outdoor space heaters, and even a fit pit out in the back yard. Central A/C is available on the main floor and will help keep you cool in the summertime.

The bedrooms are all located on the main floor. The first one has a King bed along with an en suite bathroom, similar to all the bedrooms. Down the hall on the right, you'll see the Queen bedroom with en suite bathroom and to the left is the main floor guest bathroom. Further down the hallway are the master bedroom walk-in closets, one of which has a washer and dryer. After you pass the closets, you will head into the incredible bathroom to the left that includes a large walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, as well as a seperate jetted style tub. Adjacent is the sprawling master bedroom that includes a King bed, large flatscreen TV, fireplace, and even a private balcony.

The lower level features another entertainment space that includes a large flat screen Samsung Frame TV, comfortable sofa and chairs, and fireplace. A Murphy bed is in this area as well. There is a full bathroom to accommodate guests, along with exercise room that has a Peloton bike, and main laundry room on this floor. The mudroom downstairs has plenty of space for storage and leads out to the two car garage.

The roof top deck is spectacular to say the least and one of the most attractive aspects about this stunning home. It features Teton views, private hot tub, full catering kitchen, outdoor space heaters, and plenty of room to relax while sipping on a homemade cocktail.

Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation.

**Upon booking, a digital contract is required to be signed within 48 hours. This will be emailed to you. Your booking is not finalized until this is signed and received. Booking is subject to be cancelled if agreement is not signed within 48 hours.
