A seacoast house on its own private road in York Harbor beach
This house is newly built (2019) and furnished totally new in July 2021. There are 3-bedroom / 2.5 bathrooms. The home is sitting on over 3 acres land on a private road surrounded by a picturesque tress .
Open concept 1st floor for comfort and relaxation after a day at the beach or the town. There is a spacious kitchen with new appliances, and all available services you expect at your home. Next to it is the dining room area. There is also a TV area where you can enjoy your favorite movies or show. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house. The opposite side has the living area with a half a bath for convenience . The living area leads you to big sliding door through which you can admire the scenery of the yard and wooded area with surprising visits by turkeys and deer. Through the sliding door you have access to the porch , the yard and picnic area with good size gas grill, firepit, and plenty of Adirondack chairs .

Fantastic Home and Location
We very much enjoyed our stay here. There were 9 of us, that included 3 kids. Plenty of space in and out. We liked the fact it is a quiet rose so we didn’t need to worry about traffic with our 6 year old. We walked to the York Harbor Beach and only took 10-15 minutes. The fire pit was fun. Thank You!
