Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed with families in mind, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of coastal adventures. With a large, sun-filled living room, dining area, mudroom, and a 20'x15' three-season room, there’s ample space for everyone. The newly updated kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, ice maker, and toaster to ensure your mornings start off right. The home also boasts stylish finishes throughout, including fresh paint, hardwood floors, marble countertops, ship lap walls, and smart home features like Alexa, smart locks, and outdoor Ring cameras.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights

Turn off the air conditioners/ mini split unit. Close windows. Close all exterior doors (they will lock automatically). Put trash in outside bins. Load dishwasher with any used dishes if possible

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Lovely Home in a Great Area

We had a wonderful vacation in York. The house was super charming, clean, and spacious enough to entertain family and friends. The neighborhood was quiet and close to many amenities. Family vacation in York

We had a great week in Maine! The house was very clean and the hosts Mike & Stephanie were fantastic. Check in was easy and host provided a cell phone number so we could easily reach them. The house is a very short drive to all main attractions (York Harbour Beach, Long Sands Beach, Short Sands Beach, Fisherman’s Walk, Wiggly Bridge, Nubble Lighthouse, Mount Agamenticus). Very convenient. Ogonquit is about a 15 minute drive from the house if you prefer dining in a larger town. We recommend this property and would rent again!

Fabulous Location

Mike & Stephanie are terrific hosts! They have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and just like home away from home. The location of this beautiful home is perfect, only minutes to the quaint York Harbor Beach, Long Sands Beach and York Beach. Such a quintessential New England experience! The house itself overlooks the York River with a beautifully landscaped large yard. It was relaxing while the location offered many options for dining and shopping experiences. Beautiful updated home…..

This home was exactly as described and better. We enjoyed the updated, clean and comfortable space. The back screened in porch was a relaxing hang out. (There are 2 comfortable chairs, you will want to bring a couple of lawn chairs to relax in if you have a few people in your party) The neighborhood is very quiet and provided a relaxing space and we were only 15 minutes from the beaches of York. The owners were very attentive to a few small asks and terrific to deal with. All in all you won’t be disappointed.

We picked this neighborhood because of its proximity to nearly everything! Within 5 minutes you can be at either the beach, river, restaurants, interstate, grocery store, or the Kittery Trading Post.
