Great place to stay, easy to walk to Center and Spring Street and it’s right on two of the trolley lines. We greatly enjoyed staying here and I especially enjoyed the bookshelf after a busy day out and about.

Unfortunately there was a problem that forced us to vacate early but our host was unbelievably attentive and quickly addresses the problem. Not a word of complaint about him . Sorry we had to end our stay.

The place was clean but old, with lots of creaks and bruises. It was very difficult to sleep with the street noise a the AC that sounded like a freight train. We were also unaware that there was another VRBO upstairs. There was a lock on the door in the stairway, and there was also a locked door to the creepy ally out back, but it was still creepy. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable with it all.

The place was super cute and a great location. Close to everything. All bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are small and narrow but doable. Only one shower. But 2 jacuzzi tubs! Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. We are normally very quiet and don't like a lot of noise, but we decided to step out of our comfort zone and stay in the middle of all the activities. It was louder than we normally like (we could hear a lot of outside activities in the VRBO), but we really enjoyed everything. The owner was pleasant and quick with responses. He was even willing to make suggestions on restaurants which didn't disappoint.

Make sure to read whole listing before booking, having to pay to park two different vehicles was a little bit of a downer but we should have realized that in listing. Overall c she’s done I don’t know that we ouldn’t have asked for a better stay. Loved this little eclectic place.

Loved our stay here. The location can't be beat, resting right at the end of the downtown area. We pretty much walked wherever we needed to go. Parking was in nearby paid public lots, which is the norm for Eureka Springs. The building has lots of charm and has been well equipped for kitchen and entertainment needs. Due to it being an old building, there is significant noise transfer from upstairs to downstairs. However, I sleep with ear plugs in anyway and was unbothered. The host was incredibly attentive and helpful. Absolutely would stay here again.

The Location is among the best in Eureka. For the most part everything is exactly how it is listed. We were aware that noise traveled easily. One Problem were the tenants above us. They ran the shower so long water leaked down to our floor.

Cool memorable perfect location

This was a perfect place to stay for the Ozark Folk Festival since many events took place just next door. Easy walking distance to all of downtown.

Downtown Gem in Eureka Springs

Matt was a gracious host and made us feel at home in this downtown gem. With its spacious open rooms, historical character, and prime, walkable location in downtown Eureka Springs, this was just the right place to spend our weekend.

I have never rated a stay anywhere bad or complained and I travel a lot. This building was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed minus the bathroom. It needed a lot of maintenance. There was a screw coming out of the floor we continually tripped on, the ceiling had at some point crumbled and fell on the windowsill. The floors made my feet black. The sink didn’t drain. The musty smell was overwhelming, I know that comes with an old building but I have never experienced something that strong. To be fair I did not complain to the owner/manager to give them a chance to rectify the situation. I have never done that and wasn’t willing to take a part of my short stay asking for refunds or moving. I didn’t feel like short of being moved to a new place anything could have been done to fix the problems there in a reasonable amount of time. It really needs a good deep cleaning and crew. Honestly I could go on but you get the picture. Positives: the shower is small, but the water is hot and the water pressure is good. The location is great! Locating the key and accessing the unit was a breeze.

Perfect location!

The location of this property was absolutely perfect to walk to everything downtown. We also loved that we could bring our dog. For two adults and a teen, the sleeping accommodations were adequate. There’s plenty of room for more and bigger beds, though, which would be nice and needed if you had more people. The toilet, sinks, and bedding were clean.
