Excellent apartment on floor 11 one block from the beach.
It has 2 bedrooms plus Den with 2 twin beds, 2 full bathrooms.
It is located 5 minutes from the Aventura Shopping Mall. In front of the best beaches in Miami.
The building has a Front desk, gym, tennis court, mini market, swimming pool, Wi-Fi and free private parking.

COMMUNITY LAUNDRY ROOM & TRASH ROOM Community laundry room available on each floor of the building - located directly next to the service elevator in the trash room. Each laundry room has two professional grade washers and dryers that work with a chip card.

CLEANING STANDARDS: We are committed to protecting our guests by providing them with a safe and healthy home away from home. In common areas, employees are working under CDC guidelines to clean and disinfect community facilities. In private areas, we have taken additional measures to ensure a clean and hygienic living space. We use hospital grade disinfectants on frequently touched surfaces including door handles, light switches, and TV remotes.

Linens, towels, kitchenware, and Pack ’n Play are included.
Beach chairs (6), beach umbrella and beach wagon are provided for guests.

A Great Stay

Other than the 4-page PDF for the complicated check-in process, & parking instructions, etc. the stay here was excellent. Only a short walk to a very pretty beach, was just overly crowed during our stay. They had a wagon, chairs, coolers, everything we needed but an umbrella. I called Ernesto about the missing umbrella, and he let us pick one up at Walmart & reimbursed me, which was appreciated. We definitely would stay here again.

A great three day stay

Had a great time here for our short stay, maria who owns it, so great to communicate with, very quick with her reply's. Miami is a bit of a different world very lively but also very expensive to eat and drink out, a great place with a great owner to work with. Thanks Steve Sue Rick & lissa

This is a great property for a big family. It is clean and well equipped. The hosts are great to communicate with! Thr beds are super comfortable and location is the best! A all around!
