Condo is in good location. Host was quick to assist and respond to messages. Beds are comfortable!!Unit could use some cosmetic updates and paint. Missing lights/broken table on patio/kitchen sink only sprays/nice things like coffee filters are 2.50 - or buy Gold Filter - permanent for coffee maker. So if considering renting this - ask if there are recent updates.

As the guest herself acknowledged, we were always available and responded promptly whenever assistance was needed. We would like to clarify that this is one of our newest and best-maintained condos. The paint is in excellent condition, with only minor signs of normal wear and tear, nothing out of the ordinary. A few light bulbs need replacing, and these will be addressed. Regarding coffee filters, we do not provide them for hygiene reasons. Unfortunately, focusing excessively on minor imperfections can sometimes overshadow the overall quality of a property and the experience it offers. We believe this review places disproportionate emphasis on small details that do not accurately reflect the condition or quality of the condo. We take great pride in our property and in the positive experiences we consistently provide to our guests.

Overall we had a great stay. Easy access to the condo and having the parking spot was a huge plus. Good amenities with the pool and across from the beach. The location was great as we were back and forth for a dance competition. Plenty of room for everyone. We did have to supply extra toilet paper and paper towels, trash bags which was fine. Laundry is available but you do have to pay for it but easy load cards were left in the room and can be done right in the lobby. We would definitely consider renting again if in the Miami area.

We had a great stay. The view is stunning, the park in front and the ocean view are just lovely. The location to beach access was also great. The condo is bright and offers ocean views from all the rooms. We loved the building; the pool and rec area was very nice and it was great having a mini market on site. The condo had beach chairs, umbrella, sand, toys, and a cool cooler. We would definitely stay again!

Nice!

It was a nice place to come back to after a long, hot day in Miami. It was a convenient spot near the beach and the mall, the place was beautiful, clean, and the beds were soft. My family and I enjoyed our stay here.

Great holiday in Sunny Isles!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the condo over our Spring Break. The host was highly communicative, the condo was clean, provided all we needed for the stay, and was near the beach, shops and restaurants, as advertised. I would highly recommend for future stays!

Nice, quiet, and clean location

This was nice place for our family of 5, accommodated us all very well and had plenty of room to spread out. It was quiet and the beds were comfy. Only complaints are that we wish the balcony door locked and there was an entry rug to keep the dirt contained there, cause I swept more than I wanted.

Just okay? How inconsiderate you are, Char. You hardly have the remodeling and kitchen appliances in your own home, and you give it 3 stars and say, "Just okay?" I'm truly offended by a person like you who doesn't value the things and efforts of others. Have a good life

Good location and views

Enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was well stocked, and balcony views were nice. Close proximity to the beach and pool, and we found nice restaurants nearby. The owner quickly answered the questions I had before the trip.Check-in clerk didn’t give much info. Also, the unit needs more magnet chips (which get you into the pool area, back elevator, etc.) It could also use one or two more beach chairs) I would rent here again!
