Our stay here was great. The amenities were very much enjoyed by our family of 5, and the cabin itself was comfortable and clean. The host really seemed to think of everything, and the cabin felt ready for us when we arrived (even the hot tub was ready to go!).

Family Vaca

Wonderful ranch style spacious rental. Stay on Glades for the quickest route, otherwise it could take 10-15 min to get down and out of the mountain. Shops and food nearby on the mountain too!

Perfect House and Location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was as pictured with everything needed and the location was perfect. I highly recommend this home. The home is right on the road, but other than a few cars, which were very respectful of the home location, we felt as if we were alone. There is a nice stream running through the yard. We also recommend trying Olga’s Yodel Cinnamon Rolls!

Homey Place

Very nice place. Out of the hustle and bustle of town but not to far away from anything to be an issue. It was definitely nice. The master bedroom dual shower is a must. The bunk queens/fulls were nice for the kids too. We also explored the little culvert going through the property and found some salamanders for the kids which was cool, the yard is nice and long behind the place for activities if you want that as well. Very nice place and I would stay here again.

Thanks for a fun spring break!

The home was great for our spring break in the Smokies! The home itself is very nice and we enjoyed the hot tub. It mentioned a dish washer, but there wasn’t one… there were also dirty dishes put away in the cupboards. The home sits on a very narrow lot incredibly close to the road. It was nerve racking with 3 kids under 5, but I would definitely consider coming back when they’re older! Close to town but far enough away to feel like you’re really in the mountains.

Fantastic set up

We loved our stay at this cabin. We really enjoyed the outdoor space with the deck, fire pit area, yard with the creek. Our kids ranging in ages from 4-10 spent so much time playing in the creek and the yard. I felt that the yard was a rarity in that area. The house was laid out well with enough space for everyone to be comfortable and it on top of each other. Close enough to downtown Gatlinburg but far enough away that you get the relaxing, secluded mountain feel. We will definitely come back!

2022 BAILEY AVE

It is always NERVEWRECKING when you purchase something before ACTUALLY seeing what you are paying for PICTURES can DEF be deceiving BUT with this cabin YOU DEF GET WHAT YOU SEE, in fact in my personal opinion you get a little bit more. The Cabin was absolutely EVERYTHING I hoped for and more. From the room to the patio to the secluded area where you are able to get the perfect does of peace; this cabin was just what we needed!

It was good!

The house is fantastic! The bedrooms and bathrooms were good sized! The kitchen was terrific for cooking meals for the family! Plenty of space indoors for toddlers to run around. The back porch was the game changer! Absolutely a perfect space for the entire family to hang out, with the hot tub and fire pit/grill area! The slight negative came with the cleaning crew, there was some spots, that were not so clean. Especially in the master bathroom. It was not bad enough to affect our stay, but it could have been better. I would still highly recommend this cabin to anyone wanted to spend time in Gatlinburg, it is the perfect distance to Gatlinburg, meanwhile still secluded and peaceful!

Not Worth the Price

I wish this would allow for pictures. Upon arrival, we noticed the deck furniture pillows were wet and had mold on them, rendering them useless the entire trip. I wish that had been the worst of it. The shower in the main bathroom had a large clump of hair across the drain before it was even used. In our experience with other properties, there were extra garbage bags (we were given one for a 5 night stay), extra toliet paper (2 bathrooms, 4 people for 5 nights and only one roll per bathroom), 1 roll of paper towels and nothing to clean counter surfaces. As other reviews state, beware if you have little ones, the road while the speed is posted at 15mph, has more traffic than one would expect for the area and they don't obey the speed limit. The WiFi went out a number of times during the time there and while we were not there to watch TV or be on devices, it was an inconvenience to trouble shoot. The cabin itself is nice, no complaints there. The firepit was nice but with the deck furniture wet and moldy all it left us with was the hard plastic chairs.

Quiet and Serene

This beautiful and compact cabin worked perfectly for our 5 adults ( 2 in their 80s,) and 3 collie dogs. We really enjoyed the rustic vibe, bear theme and spacious bathrooms. The shower in the master bath was really spectacular. Was able to walk our dogs down Cole Lane to Glades Road and back several times a day without a problem. Despite the 15 mph signs, most cars speed down the road. But traffic is light and I found I could hear them coming and simply move to the opposite side. Most cars slowed down a lot when they saw us. Couple of points for improvement: The kitchen sink and stove need some sort of overhead lights. Some areas of the floor were dusty. I dropped a pill and was crawling around the master bedroom and bath looking for it before my dogs found it. The area under the bed was dusty and there were dust bunnies under the sink next to the closet. The deck and outside area seemed to have been missed when the cabin was prepared for our stay. I realize that in September, there will always be some leaves drifting down. But the gazebo was full of them as was the gravel walk, fire pit area and deck. Seemed it hadn’t been touched perhaps before the previous guests. I found the blower and power cell in the laundry room and cleared them off before the rest of the guests arrived. The glass table on the deck was filthy as were the cushions on the wicker sofas and chairs. I removed the sectional covers and washed them in OxyClean for mildew.

Great cabin with awesome deck and spa. Gps took me in the back way at night, so was relieved to find an easier route to town next day. Traffic was horrible in town, and people speed by the cabin, but really appreciated staying away from the crowds in this cozy cabin.

Thanksgiving with Family

We enjoyed our stay greatly! The area was convenient to town & easy routes to get into Pigeon Forge! Very well stocked, love the yard & flatness for ourselves, grand-baby & fur babies. Very well stocked kitchen!!!! We cooked our whole Thanksgiving meal there…I did bring extra utensils but really didn’t need them! The only downfall was the trash reciprocal, not large enough for that long of a time & especially over a holiday weekend! We will definitely book again! Thank you

Lazy Bear

It’s a nice place and would probably stay again. The hot tub is small. The house is against the street and the cars drive by fast. It was very hot and the a/c had trouble cooling. Clean place and perfect for a small family with pets.

4 day weekend

The property was amazing. The setup of the home was perfect and we loved using the wood burning fire on cold days and nights. Our trip was spent more at the cabin. The outside firepit, grill, jacuzzi and patio area were nice. It was more than enough room for three adults, a 90 lb dog, an 11 year old and an 8 month old. We will definitely keep this location as a place to come back to.
