Beautiful-Clean-Modern-Convenient-Accessible Home

A home is where your heart is. Although it's a short-term rental, we have tried our best to provide you with all the necessary amenities as you would in your own home. Beautifully high end remodeled and well-maintained home in a heart of Overland Park. Literally 1.2 miles away from Overland Park convention center. Close to shopping, dining, hospitals, and access to major highways. Few minutes from anywhere. literally behind a neighborhood Walmart. Downtown, Speedway, Arrowhead stadium, Sporting KC complex, and museums are all only 20-25 min away only.

Note: We were with a management company before. Now, we are hosting it on our own as a newbie. We had all 5-star reviews with the other management company site. Unfortunately, they would not let us bring our reviews with us when we switched to direct hosting with Airbnb.

Excellent communication and customer service!

We enjoyed our stay here. We discovered a minor issue upon check-in and the host immediately addressed our concern and took care of the issue. Very responsive host with excellent customer service and communication. Super easy check-in process.

Sisters weekend!

House is lovely. No soap or body wash in the showers which was not communicated. Only 1 wine glass so we bought some and left for next guests. Lots of steps, need to climb them for bathrooms and bedrooms which was difficult for some of our party. Overall comfortable house which was in a good location for our scheduled activities.

Very Nice Property and great Hosts.

This home was exactly as advertised. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and completely remodeled kitchen and bathroom . Joe and Melissa were very responsive to my questions and accommodating. They responded and took care of an issue even though they were in CO, on vacation. Myfa mily had a great Christmas gift exchange and the teenagers really enjoyed the huge screen TV in the finished basement.

Clean but lacking

Linens were lacking. Not enough towels, blankets, sheets. Appreciate the Pike Place coffee pods. No shampoo just conditioner. Would have appreciated more places to put stuff in bedrooms. Only bedside night stand and had to put personal items on the floor. Would have appreciated knowing that one bedroom was bunk beds. Otherwise nice and clean.

Lovely!

Our family spent the weekend here to celebrate graduation from KU. It was a great location, 30 minute drive to campus. The house has beautiful open common spaces. Don’t miss the separate basement living area accessible from the garage. It’s a nice lower level space with a full bath and the laundry area. The whole place was exceptionally clean. Well stocked pantry items, if you’re cooking in. Backyard is gorgeous and flat — room to run :). There are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, churches, walking paths nearby. Definitely would stay again if we are in the area with a group. We had 7-8 adult size family members together over the weekend with room to spare and plenty of bathrooms.

Oldster Siblings Get-a-Way

The house was lovely, clean and spacious. However, we do have a couple of recommendations... The dining table only had 4 chairs in a house that sleeps 10 (we had 8). Please provide more chairs at the large table. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Finally, the patio only had one chair, which was too dirty to sit on. You need more patio furniture so guests can sit outside in the morning with their coffee.

Very good. Two teenagers and moms were there for softball. Very comfortable and close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. We struggled with the door code at first but they helped us immediately! Plenty of towels and well equipped kitchen. Thank you!
