Renovated in December 2021, this cozy getaway blends rustic charm with coastal-inspired comfort, perfect for couples, small families, solo travelers, or fishing enthusiasts.

Optional Queen-size futon with innerspring mattress



Retro-style kitchen with full fridge, microwave, electric skillet, and indoor grill

Cutest Beach Theme

We had an amazing weekend fishing and relaxing in the cutest beach theme barndo rental. Owners attend to every detail! We will definitely be back again!

Adorable Barndominium

This little Barndominium was perfect for us. Close to the bay. 30 minutes from Matagorda beach. We had a wonderful time. The owners were great. Thank you again Marianne and Gary.

The PERFECT Getaway Location!

This barndominium was a super comfy quiet little haven just a walk across the Bay. Marianne was an amazing help in every way, and even introduced me to some local people and fun volunteer activities. The whole property is filled with the most exotic succulents, and the picturesque gazebo was such a nice touch. Every night was another breathtaking sunset and all within walking distance. Thank you for welcoming my doggie as well!!

I stayed here recently for a friend’s wedding. I was driving from CO, so I didn’t have a specific eta, but Marianne and Gary were super on top of their communication with me. I was a bit lost finding the parking spot, but Marianne arrived just as I had come in and redirected me. I’m so impressed with the room. It’s better than the photos. You can tell a lot of time was taken to decorate the room. There is also a little binder that includes info on the area which I thought was a really nice touch. The bed was amazing. Marianne and Gary could’ve been rude to me or cussed me out, but the bed alone would’ve made it worth the booking especially after a long day of traveling. The shower was really cool too. The water pressure was great and the different setting options. There are very reasonable requests too like not smoking in the room or not stripping the bed. It’s located pretty much across the street from the water and there’s plenty of area for a nice stroll or a park close by. I wasn’t planning to stay long, but if I had been I would’ve brought food to make because there was a hot plate, a toaster oven, and a mini crockpot. I’ve been to chain hotels that didn’t have these types of amenities or even a comfortable bed. I’m beyond impressed. I’d definitely stay again. Thanks again!
