Located 1 block from East Bay in Palacios, TX. Beautiful porch with a view to watch the sunrise. A two-bedroom (queen beds) and one bath house with full kitchen. Amenities include full-size Washer/Dryer, Central A/C, Wireless Internet, TV, Smart home features. There is an optional twin air mattress that can sleep 1. We have a huge driveway to park boat or RV. A charming coastal retreat with wood floors. Only a few short minutes from downtown Palacios and a day trip drive to Matagorda Beach.

The house was easy to find with the directions provided. I felt like I had arrived home when I walked in. The furnishings and decor are very welcoming and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the porch sipping wine and enjoying the quiet. There was construction across the street, but we couldn't hear it inside. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of spices and oil to cook. Snacks awaited with water in the fridge and special treats and a card wishing us a Happy Anniversary. The hosts were very accommodating when we had a family emergency and had to leave early. We will be back and plan to stay here next time.
