I still want my money back.
Approaching the property, it was clear the pictures online were quite dated. The property has not been professionally maintained. The shower and tub does not work and has not worked for some time. The shower in the Master must be used by everyone. Dishwasher does not work. Refrigerator does not get cold, but it freezes. Its a very dusty and creepy house. I even saw a dead roach in the kitchen lower cabinet. The outdoor furniture is filthy. It was never covered. The grounds are unkept. Debris on the side of the house and all over the ground. Doors do not LOCK Repeat Doors do not LOCK! The 3 separate areas in the back would be nice if the furniture wasn't filthy and some broken. Can't see that in the picture. The host was rude and never fixed anything. Did not return my money and was quite rude. No scenery it's on a main street in a neighborhood I can't recommend this property to anyone. I was uncomfortable and will never use the property again. Nor will I recommend the property RUN in the other direction. I have pictures. I was told not to go out at night I did with no mishaps. It was very quite at all times. The owner needs to invest some time and money into his rental. Until then stop renting it. Hire a cleaning crew. Replace appliances and make necessary repairs. Remove old dirty area rugs. Fix the locks on the door. Use sheet sets. Not just one sheet and the comforter Buy new mattresses. Take it off the market until the much needed upgrades are made. I still want my money back!
