Siesta Key Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The entire place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals and provided a a large table to sit and enjoy our time together. The back deck and hot tub were also a great addition to the property. Siesta key Beach is about a 20 minute ride from this property depending on the traffic. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Luke was very quick to respond to any inquires we had through the entire process. We would definitely recommend this property for your stay in the Sarasota area.

Lovely Vacation Rental

Royal Palms was a beautiful rental. Quality furnishings and just as pictured. Luke was a very friendly and attentive host! Of note, there are several other small rentals within this home. All have separate entrances and we had no problems related to this. It would have been nice to know this in advance, and if any of the areas are meant to be shared, etc as this was a bit confusing. Overall, we had a wonderful and would definitely rent again!

Girls weekend away

Especially impressed with the cleanliness. Listing confirmed three bedroom, three bath. Where actually it was a three bedroom 2 1/2 bath. We had no issue. A little confusion with parking as there are multiple units. Be sure to confirm where you should park before you go. Check out process was the best… didn’t have to do a thing
