A brand new screen sunroom; large stainless steel gas grill off the sunroom in the backyard.
The house offers 1 bedrooms on 1st floor and 3 additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor, plus a portable crib for baby.

This home is a charming beach house just steps to Brooks Road Beach while still keeps the Cape style charm . Outdoor shower provide convenience after sandy beach stay. The large back yard with swing set is a perfect place for kids to have some fun. Attention to details and convenience makes this your perfect family and friends vacation destination.

We offer full linen service for your stay. Beds are made upon arrival. Limited complimentary beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys will be provided at the house. All you need is to bring your family, your luggage and enjoy! To make cleaner laundry loads within reason. group larger than 6, please bring extra bath towels for number of guests over 6 or use complementry beach towels we provided.

We request main guest who book the home is 27 or older. For responsible adult group and friends get together please contact host before booking. Thanks.

Great family house

This house was in a great location for my family..close to beaches, shops and restaurants. It was very clean and well stocked with kitchen necessities. We loved the enclosed porch but hit a very hot week so the AC was wonderful in the house Having 4 bedrooms and three baths was also great! Thanks

The house was very dirty. The kitchen is ill prepared no pots and pans that match lids. Very little cook cooking equipment. The refrigerator was leaking. The dishwasher did not roll on rollers. The rugs in the kitchen are filthy. The toaster did not work properly. The back sliding door does not lock the inside door of the small bathroom downstairs was utterly filthy. The outdoors gardens have not been kept up. I would call it a dump.

The Small family left the house with multiple damages and missing items. According to the cleaner’s report, two makeup towels and one hand towel are missing, and several mini-blind slats are damaged, among other issues. When I approached Ms. Small regarding the damages and provided photos from the cleaner, her response was unprofessional. The group did not follow the house rules or the checkout instructions. She stated that she had already left and that only her grandchildren remained in the house, which may explain the condition in which the property was left. Although Ms. Small mentioned that she has been coming to the Cape for the past 20 years, she was unable to book her previous rental, claiming it was unavailable. Based on this experience, it is clear why that may be the case. I rarely encounter a family—especially one including a grandmother—that behaves so carelessly and disregards basic house rules.
