This 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath is located on the 4th floor with DIRECT unobstructed ocean views from the bedroom and living room. Sleeps up to 6 with 1 King Bed, 1 Sleeper Sofa, and 1 Murphy Bed. Located within the Ocean Park Resort in North Myrtle Beach, this 1-bed, 1-bath condo has all the comforts of home while enjoying beautiful views from the living room, main bedroom, and large balcony of the ocean! The whole family will enjoy this spacious condo with so many attractions in the area, so they won't want to leave! Beautiful indoor/outdoor pool with a private walkway to the beach. You are sure to bring home great memories of this resort!

You need a new cleaning service! Dusty, floors dirty, baby bottle under the end table, cookie under the chair. Yes I left them there, check how your cleaners did. Few roaches too

Not if you are planning on cooking

Not the cleanest place I've stayed. There was a good bit of sand on the floor when we got there and we saw 5 or 6 roaches. A very poorly equipped kitchen. Very little cookware. In all fairness, there were lids with no pots so there was probably more cookware at some point. We bought a set of three pans at Wal-mart and left them for the next guest. You can feel and hear every time someone closes a door. The general area is noisy and that's no reflection on the condo itself. We had a hard time getting food delivered. I don't know why this was. One night we ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings and never got it. The driver called and said she couldn't find us and was just going to cancel our order and take the food back to the restaurant. I'm still trying to get my money back.

Wonderful Pet Friendly Condo

Pleased that the building was very dog friendly with easy access to special area for dogs to potty, dog access to beach with an easy clean off area when returning from beach, and had a grooming spa for dogs. The condo was clean, pleasingly beach theme decorated, and we especially enjoyed the balcony with higher chairs so we could see over railing. Easy check in and check out.
