Beachfront premium corner unit on 7th floor with unobstructed ocean views, completely renovated, yet offers a cozy, welcoming feel. Spacious Master bedroom with King sized bed. There is an additional murphy bed (Full) as well as a sofa bed (Queen), a gas fireplace to accommodate winter travelers, in unit washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. 9/2/25-9/8/25. Overall a fantastic unit at user friendly, dog friendly Ocean Park facility. Condo was as advertised. Very clean condo on the beachfront. Lots of amenities including beach supplies in the bedroom closet. Easy access to parking and lots of "grassy areas" for dog walking. Check in was easy. Beach view was special with incredible sun rises. Host/hostess were quick to respond prior to booking and in the details of check in, check out. We had no reason to contact while there as everything was as advertised and we had no complaints or concerns.

Beautiful Views

We loved this condo and the location. It was perfect for my mom and I and being pet friendly is so important. Everything was exactly as described and we especially loved the oceanfront balcony. Would absolutely rent this condo again!

Wow!!! My wife and I arrived around 8:30 PM and the view from night time was beautiful. But, when we woke up the next morning, the view was gorgeous. Very clean unit. The host was so helpful throughout the process of setting everything up for our stay. Front desk people were very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Anthony and Becky

Awesome Vacation!

Very clean, our dogs loved it! The property is just as shown in pictures and the host was awesome with responding quickly and very nice! Check-in was a breeze. We loved every aspect of this property and will definitely be back again!

A Great Time!

We had a great time. Quick access to the beach and close to all our favorite restaurants. We were there in late September, so it was very quiet and not too busy. We can’t wait to come back!

Spring vacation

Seems like the staff was always cleaning indoors , smelled fresh. Did not smell like pets at all. Nice location on the beach. Our room was stocked beyond expectation with everything you could need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Beach vibes!!

We stayed at the property for a week and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The view from the condo is outstanding and the whole unit is set up perfectly for your beach stay! The hosts thought of every detail to make your stay pleasurable and care free! They were gracious hosts and very responsive to any questions we had. The property is very dog friendly, so our Shiba Inu enjoyed his vacation as well😋. We definitely would recommend staying at this property and intend to be back again soon!

First timer at this property

Room was like others reviewed , good location , well maintained , clean and our toy poodle felt at home. Very happy with the room and resort hospitality. The owner responded in a timely manner and was very helpful. In our top three places now to stay. First time staying 1900 S O.D. Our 4 nights were very relaxing P.S. also easy beach access , and close to our favorite dinning and things to do.

Great Vacation

Balcony gave us a million dollar view overlooking the beach and ocean at this pet friendly condo. This corner unit gave us plenty of light with windows in both the living room and bedroom. Also, there were many extras such as a washer and dryer to make it feel homey. Hosts were very responsive to any questions posed and we can't wait to return next year.

First Family Beach Vacation

We absolutely loved this condo. The unit was beautifully put together. I could not get over how cute everything was. We are a family of four. The kids had plenty of room in the living room and had their own beds. We had a room to our self with the most comfy huge bed! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Tracy Ellis was very helpful and had everything ready when we arrived. Could have picked better owners! We would definitely come back!

Everything was spot on perfect

This was my first time using Vrbo so I was a little skeptical but the Ellis’s made the process very easy and answer all of my questions in a timely manner. They checked in with us upon arrival as well as before our departure and made us feel exceptionally welcome. The condo was exactly the way it was in the pictures and had everything we needed and more! I found the guest notebook I was told would be left on the coffee table and left our notes for future guests about our experience as well as restaurant recommendations. Thank you Tracy and Lawrence for sharing your beautiful condo with us, we hope to be back soon! ☺️

A wonderful place to stay

I'll admit, I was very very hesitant to stay at a place with no reviews, but Tracy eased my mind and we decided to book a week at her family's condo. It did not disappoint! The best: Tracy was a wonderful host. Any question I had (which were plentiful), she answered immediately! Her family's condo was absolutely beautiful. Our kids loved the "Moana bedroom" (as they called it). My husband and I did too. We slept amazing in the bed. The mattress topper and the pillows were 💯! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. They even had hair dryers. Being a pet friendly place, you'd never know there were pets there! Wifi was great if you need to work while away. The entire condo was clean and beautifully decorated! Our fur baby LOVED sitting on the balcony watching the birds and the ocean hit the sand. He's quite mad it wasn't his permanent place to live. 🤣 We loved all of the streaming channels available to occupy the kids while my husband and I sat outside on the balcony to relax with a cocktail and some tunes. We also loved having a washer and dryer (with laundry detergent!!), and the trash chute was right outside, which was super convenient. They also have a notebook filled with things to do and places to eat. Really great for those who haven't vacationed in MB before! We also loved that they provided beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. The resort itself was clean and the staff were super friendly. We spent most nights at the beach followed by the hot tub and pool where we were the only people there! Floor 5 has ice if you need it. You can also ask the front desk for coffee!! The not so best (but not at all horrible): The shower is tiny. I'm not a tall person, but I could touch the ceiling. The water pressure (no fault of Tracy and her family) was not the best. And the pull out couch was less than impressive. We've vacationed in the Myrtle Beach area for close to 4 years now and this was by far one of the best places and experiences that ever had. We look forward to staying at the Ellises' condo again!

The check in process is easy. The staff at the front desk were always friendly. The door to the until definitely could use a dead bold for security. There are two elevators, which are rather slow but manageable since we were not in a rush to go anywhere. The location to beach is nice and the unit is located at the end of the hall so there was not a lot of noice from other travelers walking by. The balcony is amazing for watching the sunrise. The condo itself was not what we expected. Some of the furnishings need replaced, specifically the bed and couch. The bed has foam mattress on top of the it and couch cushion is worn and very uncomfortable we could hear the springs pop every time we sat on it. The cleanliness could have been better. There were food crumbs in most of the cabinets and drawers and also some of the bowls and plates had crusty food on them. Which meant I had to hand wash everything before using them since there is not a dishwasher. The pots and pans were scratched and not something I would cook with (we chose to go and buy our own). Additionally, it would be nice if the kitchen had mixing bowls and a baking dish.

We loved the cozy, homey feel of the condo. The check-in and check-out process was so easy. Loved the dog friendliness of the whole complex. We love being that close to the ocean. It’s quiet and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. Would stay here again!

4th of July vacay

The condo was nice w bright beach colors. Best water pressure of anywhere we’ve stayed ( almost too strong) there was plenty of kitchen things if you like to cook while on vacay. The ac worked great as it was quite hot and the bed was super soft and comfy. Great view and nice enough pool. Will definitely book again.

Made bike week bearable!

Room was perfect for view, accessibility and amenities. Beach access was close, and could see entire length of shoreline from the balcony. Bed was super comfortable and we fell asleep at once every night despite the occasional rumble of motorcycles on road out front. Would return next time we visit Myrtle Beach

Wonderful little get away with amazing views

We really enjoyed our short stay here. The Condo looked like the photos so we were not disappointed. Was very clean and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The bed was comfy and there were extra blankets in the closet for using on the balcony because it was chilly during our trip. The view was amazing from the balcony and there was plenty of parking. We did not need the staff at the resort, but they were all very friendly. There was a strong smell of THC/CBD out in the hallway, but we could not smell it in our condo. I believe 80 percent of the population vapes CBD/THC based on how much I smelled while we were at Myrtle Beach. Our only wish would be that the door had a deadbolt on it. The door didn't make you feel very secure as my hubby said you could easily push in and it would open even while locked. He placed chairs in front of it at night just in case. Of course, we survived with no deadbolt and had no break ins so all was good! Will be back when we have a longer stretch and the weather is warmer. Wonderful place to stay. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful condo. We loved it!

Perfect for us!

This location was perfect for us and had so many conveniences. This is the first time I have used a privately owned property. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The entire building is very pet friendly and that was appreciated. The condo was stocked with most things we needed, so we could’ve left a lot at home! They even had beach toys for the kiddos. September is AMAZING Beach Weather

Property is as advertised and right at the Beach. It’s close to anything you need or want to do…..especially soaking up the sun while listening to the waves roll in. Will definitely be booking another getaway here….so you better hurry and book before I do

Nice place

Only issues were that there was a coffee maker advertised and there was one on the premises however it was broken and we would rather enjoy our own coffee on the balcony then having to go out and grab a cup. The other issue was that we could not log into their WIFI which was essential as I was working “from home” s d needed a secure connection to do so due to the sensitive nature of my job. They were nice and did reply is a decent amount of time. The condo was beautiful
