Right on the beach with long lanai on the fifth floor!! It is available August 1, 2024 through October 31, 2024 for $3000 a month (20% off will be deducted). Includes all utilities plus wifi. Beautifully furnished studio condo at Sunset House. The views are fantastic and the best in the house. Furnishings include very comfortable new queen size murphy bed with new tempurpedic mattress, new queen size sleeper sofa, new recliner and new 50 inch TV with cable and streaming. Granite countertop in well equipped kitchen. Large balcony with excellent sunset and gulf views. Shower waterfall or multiple spray option in bathroom. Large heated pool. Rent, $150 Sunset House Application Fee plus $100 cleaning fee. No pets.

Why they chose this property

Our condo has the best wide view of the beach! The sunsets are amazing. You will not be disappointed. The beach is beautiful to stroll on or sit and read a book.

What makes this property unique

The condo building has a beautiful social room that includes a large tv with movies to watch there or borrow. There are books to read and games. It has a nice kitchen with all the grill tools you would need and the gas grill is right outside the social room. There are also other activities that are offered like card games, exercise sessions, water aerobics and weekly happy hours during the high season.
