Fully remodeled 2 bed 2 bath condo here at the gated community of South Seas. Beachfront condo offering gorgeous views that overlook popular Tigertail Preserve and the Gulf of Mexico. Stainless appliances in the kitchen that offers quartz countertops. Flat screen tvs in the living, master, and 2nd bedrooms. King bed in the master bedroom that also allows guests to lay and look out. 2nd bedroom offering a queen bed as well as twin bed setup. Safe included in residence to protect any of your valuable belongings while here.

801 here in Tower 4 is an absolute must for your next island vacation as it leaves guests just steps away from the soft, white, sandy beaches of Marco Island!

South Seas Club of Marco Island is a beautiful beachfront condo. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, shelling, swimming, and fishing on three and one half mile of exquisite white sandy beach. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. Here one can ride a swamp buggy, airboat, or explore other excursions. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts.

Common laundry located on each and every floor for guests to use while here at a minimal fee.

Registration/Parking fee of $100(subject to change) due upon arrival for the full stay per vehicle.

Much needed Getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze. The condo was clean and newly updated. The location was great and the amenities provided were also very well done. The condo supplied everything we needed while staying there on the island. The Harborview team was good to work with and very communicative. Would definitely recommend others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property. Very clean and quiet. The pool was the perfect temp and managed well - plenty of deck chairs. Our unit was very clean and LOADED with amenities (except a toaster). Two issues were reported to management office: master bath shower lacked hot water (but the sink did not?); garbage disposal did not work. They offered to send a plumber and maintenance person out ASAP. We declined only b/c it was just us 2 in a 2BR/Bath unit - did not want to lose any pool & beach time. We used 2nd bath shower instead and avoided the disposal. Otherwise, the unit was as advertised.
