OUR HOT TUB AND HEATED POOL ARE OPEN MAY 1st to OCTOBER 1.' CLOSED FOR THE WINTER'
Spacious 4 bedroom with 2 living rooms. Our home is located in Arvada (Arvada is in the middle OF BOULDER AND DENVER) your gateway to the Rockies! Skiing, Hot Springs, Lakes, Hikes, shopping all close to our home. Enjoy our beautiful 3/4 acre back yard with HEATED swimming pool and hot tub.

Our home is 20 minutes to Denver, 25 minutes to Boulder, 30 minutes to Idaho Springs where Indian hot springs is. One hour to Eldora Ski Resort, One hour to Loveland Ski Resort, One hour 15 minutes to the entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Pricing is for 2 guests, any extra guests above 2 people will cost $75 extra per person per night. Our home sleeps 12 plus. 4 bedrooms, and a bonus Office and play room in basement / 2 living rooms w sofa beds queen sofa bed in one living room double futon in the other. Main floor has 2 living rooms with sofa bed and futon bed. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have King beds. One master suite with private bathroom. The third bedroom has a very comfortable Queen bed. The 4th bedroom has bunk beds. Top bunk is a single bed bottom bunk is a full bed. We do have options for blow up mattress if needed. Basement can be set up with blow up mattress. Our home is 3,300 square feet. Very spacious.

Swimming Pool is open May 1 to October 1. We do have a pool specialist that comes by to add chemicals and to clean both hot tub and swimming pool. If you would like the pool heated there is an extra fee of $45.00 per day for electricity. We are 5 minutes from Stanley Lake a beautiful lake with mountain views and hiking trails. Lots to do within walking distance from our front door. ALL WEDDING Parties or events will have an extra surcharge, please let us know if you are booking for a special event so we can prepare our home properly for you. No drinking alcohol and swimming or getting in hot tub. This rule has been set for the protection of our guests, please follow it. WE HAVE A 8 PERSON MINIMUM DURING THE MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST AS WE USUALLY RENT TO GROUPS OF 8 OR MORE.

A great and comfortable Home Away from Home

My husband and I, along with our two adult (20's) sons were in the Arvada area to spend Christmas with our son-in-law and daughter, who had just had a baby. This house was perfect for our stay. The beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of room to spread out and we even enjoyed the added bonus of the hot tub. There were a couple of small issues and questions we had when we first checked in, but the home owners were very quick and kind in responding to them. Overall, I would highly recommend renting this house and we plan to do so again if and when needed.

I am a chef by trade, but also became an electrician at the age of 45. I now own Rug Kleen carpet cleaning in Arvada, Boulder, and Lafayette Colorado. My wife owns The Magic Fairy Cleaning. We make a great team. We love camping in the Rockies, hiking, going to hot springs, going to Rocky Mountain National Park, and hot yoga. I usually Elk hunt in October and spend 2 to 3 months at our Florida home in Venice Florida where I also work as a Chef or cook.

Why they chose this property

Our Property is in an awesome Location for all activities. We are 5 minutes from Stanley Lake, 25 minutes to the mountains, 25 minutes to Boulder, 20 minutes to Denver. You can find many things to do very close to our home. Fine dining and shopping to mountain hiking and hot springing. Our neighborhood has a lovely lake to walk around our yard is very private and 3/4 of an acre in the back. We look forward to you enjoying it as well and having a relaxing stay.

Swimming Pool and Hot Tub are Fantastico!! Our Home can sleep up to 16 people.
