This place was perfect! Plenty if space inside and out for our family to relax and enjoy each others company. Back yard is perfect! Plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the cool evenings

The property offers plenty of space for groups while staying close to Denver’s best neighborhoods. You’re 10 minutes from the dining and nightlife in Chaffee Park, Berkeley, and the Highlands. It’s also an ideal spot for mountain travelers with straightforward I-70 access, and there's a new gym down the street, called Apex Recreation Center, and is within walking distance for a quick workout or swim.
