Featuring beautiful mountain views, this spacious and open free standing home sleeps 8 adults. The large central green area has a volleyball court, basketball court and room for croquet and games of all kinds. A shared pool is extra large and has a roped off child friendly area. The primary bedroom has a large smart TV, walk in closet and its own bathroom with a luxurious walk in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bath with a shower over tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen and a single over double bunk bed, while bedroom 3 has a king. Bedroom 4 has a queen and single over double bunk bed, as well as a private bath with walk in shower. The well appointed kitchen has new appliances and a long eating bar that seats 6. The dining area has a table that seats 8 comfortably, and the game table in the living room provides even more dining space, and is wonderful for those that love a game of cards or a board game. The living area also has a large smart TV, 1 sofa and 1 queen sofa bed. The outdoor space is a favorite dining spot, with room for 8 at the table and your choice of a gas or charcoal grill. An over-sized garage comfortably accommodates 2 cars. Located in beautiful Indian Wells, this home is great for families, concert goers, or tennis fans, as the Tennis Garden is steps away. Many restaurants, shops and activities can be found in Indian Wells, nearby La Quinta and the elegant El Paseo shopping area of Palm Desert.

Incredible resort like property!

Our small group of women had an amazing stay for the tennis tournament. Beautiful home…great views and short walk to tennis center and a quick walk across the grass to wonderful community pool. Our vrbo host Valerie was really great. Home incredibly furnished for a bigger group and beds were very comfortable.

My girlfriends and I just stayed over the weekend for Stagecoach and had an incredible time. The house is a great location for the Tennis Garden Shuttle Stop - short drive or 15 min walk. The house was clean, had a ton of space, and comfortable beds with multiple bed options. The house is also has access to an amazing shared community pool that was clean and well maintained. We loved sitting outside for breakfast and enjoying the views. Host was quick to respond, was very nice, and communicated well. We had no issues. Overall, great experience.

I have owned this property since 1974. My children learned to swim here, and we have spent many wonderful holidays and weekends here. Originally built in the 1950's, it has been updated several times, most recently in 2020.

Why they chose this property

It is spacious enough for a large family, and the shared pool is rarely crowded. It's expansive views of the grounds and beautiful San Jacinto Mountains are especially gorgeous in the evening while grilling, dining, or just sitting on the expansive patio.

What makes this property unique

Unlike small cookie cutter homes on a golf course with a small community pool, this large pool is shared by only 20 homes and is surrounded by spacious lawn. The open green area is perfect for Bocce ball, Croquet, hide and seek and an endless number of activities.
